  1. Recently, I think. Video was uploaded on January 12.

  3. He looks like a beard-less Mata with that snow hat on.
  4. Oh gawd. If people continue to put stuff up here from that TekkaBooSon...
  5. So obvious it's fake. If you click to view tweets on Twitter like that, the fonts will be in serif and not sans serif like the one above. Too many photoshop wannabes out there!
  6. Is that true or just some usual rubbish from Twitter? Yet to see any legitimate source mention it.
  7. Jose Mourinho will return to work tomorrow following a surgery in Paris on a fractured elbow problem. The Special One was admitted to hospital this morning after he guided the Blues to a 3-1 Premier League home win over Manchester United and attended the Football Writers Association dinner honored to him on Sunday. The club confirmed he underwent a "minor arthroscopic procedure on a long-standing elbow complaint" earlier today. The Portuguese will be back in training on Tuesday as he prepares his side to host Stoke City at Stamford Bridge on Sunday in the FA Cup. Click here to view article
  8. Bloody hell. Why on earth do I immediately get thrown a reply like that implying I'm being 'Pro-Mata' or 'Mata FC'?! My point was simply that we're gonna get a conundrum whichever position we play Mata in right now. Due to this Mourinho's system, we can't play him in the No.10 role because defensively he's not sound and/or fits into what Jose wants even if offensively he can contribute a lot more than others that have played there. Then if we play Mata out wide, his defensive deficiencies - which is not as bad as many are making it to be - may be hidden and made less obvious but we won't get out as much as we could offensively there as compared to in the No.10 role. People can use the past to say Mata can play out wide and do a good a job there but like it or not, he's just not suited out there. He can still be of use out wide but we'll only get say 50% of the player there compared to 100% in the middle. We have all seen how devastating and/or influential he can be there but don't think any Chelsea fans can deny this. This BS crap about Mata doesn't defend or track back etc at this point is getting really old. He does that now and has improved a lot from previous seasons but he's simply not a player with the same tenacity, aggressiveness, mobility, pacey like the others especially with this pressing approach and Mourinho placing high importance in transitions. All in all, this whole problem with this is that Mata just simply doesn't suit Mourinho's profile of players of being all-round action type and dynamic to play as one of the attacking trios behind the striker. There is always going to be one problem or another regardless of where we play him in this system.
  9. But when we do that, another problem appears. He's not as effective out wide as he is in the No.10 role and when that happens, our threat from his side probably drops 25-50%.
  10. Funny how the 2 Dortmund players he mentioned are basically now players of Bayern...
  11. Watching United struggling right now is like us experiencing that nightmare under AVB about 3 years ago... Anyway, beating United always bring great pleasure regardless of when and/or how it happens. It's usually more than just getting that 3 points and it's sad in a way that yesterday's clash wasn't a clash for the title like how it tends to be in recent years. Maybe it will go back to being that way again next season (or not) but right now looking back at the game, it's just nothing more than the 3 points. It felt as though we just beat a typical mid-table team at home as we didn't even play well at all and yet profited from mistakes normally made by lesser sides as opposed to one like Man United to win the game.
  12. Doubt it. Maybe Marchisio. Has lost his place in the starting XI to Pogba in recent times.
  13. With Vucinic heading the other way to Inter...

  15. Not disagreeing at all but think a more accurate and perhaps fair description of Mata would be that he isn't the quickest of players and certain less dynamic compared to the othrs.
  16. Or maybe Ba told Eto'o that he wouldn't score against Man United and he did. After all, Ba has a decent goalscoring record against United.
  17. Yes, that specific part can be seen here while the full interview of it is here.
  18. Understandable but it's not like Cech's right foot is weak at kicking the ball. As for not knowing Hernandez was closing down, maybe you're right or maybe not. I'm sure Mourinho would have made the point before the game don't run any risk at the back especially when somebody like Hernandez is around. Cech should have just kicked it upfield with his right IMO.
  19. It's probably colliding with Puncheon's penalty in space as we speak...
