  1. £30m plus bonuses for Garnacho I’d be fine with but is he going to throw a strop vs Gittens.
  2. The only thing that bothers me about Jackson is if we wanted him from another club we’d be quoted and have our pants pulled down for £75-80m.
  3. That’s crazy money, I’d of honestly taken Nunez for that amount and let Jackson go.
  4. Had high hopes for KDH, a shame.
  5. Not overly fussed if we don’t get Simons, although looks like it’ll get done. Not that I’ve watched every RB game, either. Just strikes me as a Sancho, all the ability but slows play down even though he has pace. It’s a shame about Sancho as well, willing to lower his wages to go back to Dortmund but started off on a pedestal in negotiations with us and wouldn’t take £180k a week - Btw nor am I saying he should if he’s on £300k with years to burn. Sancho was finding his place in the team even if he was frustrating at times, most times, he looked to be learning toward the end.
  6. Sad for Broja, pre injury he was looking like progressing in all the right avenues.
  7. Simons is underwhelming for me.
  8. This ref is actually mad terrible. We moan about A Taylor but damn, this guy is awful. They want PSG to win so bad.
  9. Brilliant signing for them, irrespective of current players that can play there, smart buy, I rate it. However, I now hate him due to being a Spurs player.
  10. Where does he even play for them? You don’t move or replace Saka and despite what’s said who has ever been impressed when’s gone out to LW? Very very very odd transfer.
  11. Given our realistic choices and whatever the heck is going on with Misha, I would take Garnacho if the fee wasn’t stupid, and I’m talking Palmer level. Is he amazing? No. Do I think he has ability? He does, like it or lump it. Does he have an attitude problem? Sancho was billed as having one and we didn’t see it, not saying they are the same type of person but I do adore some shit housery attitude and I actually think he does well here. £45m - I’d take him, no more than that. The trouble is, the world has seen us pay what we did for Gittens, so I think we price ourselves out of a move here.
  12. Fine with this as he never seems to sort his attitude out consistently. Gittens went for £55m package, Noni can go for £75m minimum considering he is PL proven, and where would they play him? Odd.
  13. This is just a real shame, irrespective of the truth, of which we will never know. He was a real talent suffering from a lack of confidence but I am genuinely disappointed to lose him, as he needed coaching and he’ll likely be ‘sacked’ contractually, dragged through the courts as Chelsea seeks compensation - Mutu.
  14. Clueless signing. I really don’t get it. Mason Mount video incoming “Home mate”
  15. Looks that way with their psr status which is great news for us. I think the lad is brilliant.
  16. Play like that against Betis and we are done.
  17. Could be used in a deal with Newcastle, they have PSR issues but were linked to him last summer heavily.
  18. I think guaranteed title credentials and UCL, whereas one club has been up and down, arguably a shit show. Have to reset expectations as a club, we are not that club anymore that players would be desperate to sign in, simple.
  19. One is proven in the PL, one isn’t, in my mind I’d prefer the PL proven one given where we are. I think having a solid LW would do wonders for the team, especially as direct as Gordon.
  20. I also don’t see the hype for Rodrygo, I’d be pretty disappointed with that signing for the rumoured fee. Rather tried and tested PL like Gordon, who is rumoured to be the same amount.
  21. If Madrid offered £120m or even £110m I would take that for Enzo. I love his shit housery against Mount but feel like he never quite passes the eye test for me. As above if we could secure Wharton for £60-70m then I’d take that all day long. The Enzo that plays for Argentina is not the Enzo we see, the only game that comes to mind if someone says when did Enzo have a good game was, I think, against Liverpool last season at the bridge, or perhaps season before, genuinely cannot recall when I’ve thought wow what a game from him - Square pegs, round holes.
  22. Imagine being in the room selecting that referee for a billion pound game, almost think it’s on purpose as a joke.
  23. Who remembers the last time we were in a similar position UCL wise.. Some say Roman may not have purchased Chelsea had we not qualified. No qualification = Enzo has to go, imo.
