There's no reason why Romelu can't come in and make an immediate impact. With Drogba, Sturridge, Torres and Lukaku, it gives us 4 very good strikers, and options, and will keep opponents guessing. One week lets say we could go with Sturridge and Torres up top, the next we could have Drogba and Lukaku, with Sturridge on the wing, Torres and Drogba with Lukaku being introduced at half time.
