ESPN being an American site, hence they are picking a set of rules and not the FA rules. Section 8 of the Fa Rules not mentioning any of what he quoted. Instead the FA Rules - page 140-150 talk about VAR. Read that - and it indicates the decision can not be overturned - VAR Principle 1.10 “if play has stopped and been restarted , the referee may not undertake a review except for a case of mistaken identity or for a potential sending off...”. They would argue play hadn’t “restarted” but that is logically impossible at the end of the game so the “stop” takes precedent

No he hasnt, you cant add mins on top of extra time as you see fit. You can add 1min at most, only in epl I see this BS, it does not happen this often in other leagues.
