going with Mata out of the three nominees, has had a great impact this season and contributed a lot. my personally choice would be David Luiz otherwise, MoM a good amount of times for me. since Cahill's arrival he hasn't been as irreplaceable as Mata though then again what could he have done? Mata shines when we're in possession going forward, wasn't gonna be much of that against Barca. tactical mistake by RdM in my opinion to play him

but but but.. I thought Cavani was the world's greatest striker? don't believe we will spend £40M+ on a single players seeing since we'll need to buy at least 3-4 in the summer anyway, feels pointless doing transfer speculations before the season is over

I'd be livid... I don't rate Lavezzi unless we would bring in some other world class players we would not have a legitimate shot at the title

Looking at our squad, one must ask the question... is it better than the 6th best in the league? I don't think it is to be honest On our day and assuming everyone's fit I believe we probably have the best back four in the league (City giving us a run..) but Ivan definitely need someone better to compete for that RB spot other than that...certain players shine bright like the sky.. but as units our attack and midfield has been found out and exposed over the season no doubt about it disappointed yes but very proud of a few select performances this season, of course it would turn out to be a great one were we to win the CL looking forward to the summer and what it might bring

we've made the likes of Henderson and Downing look good well done

I can imagine not too many quality keepers are keen on being 2nd or 3rd choice and playing twice a year but really with the type of wages at our club you would think we'd be able to have someone at least halfway decent as an alternative
