Exactly, everyone has to start somewhere. Grant didn't begin his management at Barcelona or Milan, so I suppose that makes him a worser coach. Don't get me wrong, I wish Mourinho was still here. Kalou is fucking awful. He is the most wasteful player we have. Absolutely useless.

Give Joe and Ballack a run out. I'd take off Mikel because he has been too defensively orientated, leaving Essien to fill the gap between Lampard and the defence. Joe gives us extra spark and I want to see Ballack in a Chelsea shirt again.

We are in the ascendancy, but Liverpool look quite deadly, with Babel being important for them. I think Mikel needs to man-mark him.
