  3. Liverpool's groundstaff decide to give LFC fans their first wash of the week...
  4. If we win this game and Juve beat the other team(can't spell), Table will look like this Shakthar 7 Chelsea 7 Juve 6. If we win our next game and Shakhtar beat Juve ,Table will be Shakhtar 10 Chelsea 10 Juve 6 . Juventus out of the tournament and the Match against Juve will decide if Chelsea comes 1st or 2nd.
  5. The away crowd at the Spuds v Wigan match
  6. Bloddy hell, that should be a straight RED and a 3 game suspension.
  7. Ok, let me clarify before you and others goes bonkers. I am not defending Torres here or saying he was good. He was shit but so was everyone. I don't know what was Ashley cole doing in the whole match. His worst performance ever. Romeu was looking lost in the first half. Hazard was loosing the ball as well. Our offensive play was just not good.
  8. Torres didn't have his worst game today, why is he the focus for criticism? 40% of Chelsea shots on target came from him, others much worse.
  9. Take a deep breath everyone. It's been a long week. Long way to go in the season and we usually don't do well in winters. Do we? Concentrate on the CL match and the win their will lift the spirits. Every team will fuck up once in a while which includes Utd and CIty. Not good performance offensively. Take Mata out and there's nothing left even with Oscar,Hazard playing. Credible performance defensively though. Ashley needed rest. Most forgettable game of the season - period. Let's roll onto Shakhtar. Side-note : JT's domestic ban ends. About time!
  10. Man United would be 15th if it wasn't for Robin van Persie's goals. One man team.
  11. Rooney was my captain and he misses a penalty. Someone pass me a loaded pistol please.
  12. Santos asked for, and got, Van Persie's shirt. At half-time. Err... Why did Van Persie give Santos his shirt?
  13. If Andre Santos is the answer, what on earth is the question?
  14. AFC; Mannone, Sagna, Santos, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Arteta, Wilshere, Ramsey, Cazorla, Podolski, Giroud. Man Utd XI vs Arsenal: De Gea, Rafael, Evra, Ferdinand, Evans, Valencia, Carrick, Young, Cleverley, Rooney & van Persie
  15. That belief of always giving your all and making a comeback is soo brilliant. Every time we have been behind, we have never hit the panic button and that clearly reflect the calmness that RDM has brought to this team. That calmness and coolness can be seen in every Press Conference. It always feels as if RDM kills them softly with his laid-back attitude. Many people have said that they wish Jose was back to kick some ass in the press conference. I absolutely loved whenever Jose did that but if i had to choose one. I would go with RDM. He talks sense, doesn't give anything for the journalists to speculate and leaves them wanting something more . Keeps it simple and straight to the point with an occasional dig. And thrives from the criticism.
  16. If they boycott chelsea then it is not our problem.FA has to arrange referees from outside england then Happened in Scottish PL if i am not wrong, referees decided not to officiate in SPL matches and referees from Poland,Israel,Malta were bought. But overall our club would be pushed into very negative side of the football world. Th PR of the club will be severly hit.
  17. Well, that's a bit harsh. He is having a rough patch. He will bounce back geezerss.
  18. Finally played my Wildcard. Hopefully will start recovering from the free fall that i have had for the past 3 weeks.
  19. Opta Facts 1) Chelsea had a player sent off in both league meetings with Swansea last season but still earned four points from the two encounters. 2)Juan Mata has scored four goals and assisted five more in his last five Premier League appearances. 3) Swansea have never won a Premier League game in November or even scored a goal. They are the only team to play in the Premier League and not score in November.
