  1. Chelsea scouts were at the Portugal Sweden game to monitor Gyokeres. 3rd time this season they've sent scouts to watch him.

  3. Man I hope bloodhound Wyss doesn't decide to move him on for a profit. Hope he doesn't move on either, given the club's current fortunes.
  4. If nothing else, in the next preseason, the Chelsea coach should try a Jackson-Fofana front two for a few
  5. 3 years ago, facing and beating Madrid & City in key CL fixtures. Now, just a training fixture. Congratulations Clownlake on taking the club to never before seen heights.
  6. I think Reece when fully fit and in form is a superior defender. I'll never forget his games against Madrid in the CL. I haven't seen anything of that level from Gusto yet.
  7. I don't quite agree. We had good spells in the first half of the season., especially around the time we were playing matches against City and Arsenal at the Bridge It's only a matter of time before the form goes downhill again. This team's form will always be up and down this season. Classic midtable form. Maybe upper midtable at best. That's why 8th place is still attainable.
  8. I've held off on criticizing him plenty of times, given the clownshow of a squad assembly over the past 2 years, but the one thing I can't stand is how he keeps moaning about how the fans are too critical of the team. Sterling was downright terrible today, and again he tries to moan about the fans being too harsh instead of telling Sterling to man up and come back stronger. This constant us vs the fans mentality he fosters can only contribute to a negative dressing room atmosphere. Great job. Especially with such a young group of players.
  9. Can never truly blame Jackson, or any of the other youngsters that have been signed up to make our starting 11. I blame the clowns who decided to build a squad made up almost entirely of 20 year-olds and putting them all under massive pressure., from both the fans and the media.
  10. Obi Mikel with a troll face as he picks Arsenal to face Bayern 😄
  11. Egh-boehly likes them cheap. Put them on a long term contract. Raise the potential. Makes it look better when the club is up for sale in about 8 years.
  12. We gave him away because Eghbali and the bloodhound Wyss could smell an easy profit. They'll be at it again next window. Only difference is that there will be less to give away.
  13. They should already be protesting the sale of 2/3 rd of the squad from last year. Arsenal on top of the table, with Havertz scoring and Jorginho controlling the midfield. But hey, at least Mount went to United and has become an injured flop. So congratulations to Clownlake for that.
  14. Far easier when you have a squad with more 'PL proven' players, even though they were massive flops in their last season with us.
  15. It's the sad truth. Under Abramovich, coaches were queuing up to take the Chelsea job. They were given a competitive squad, and opportunities to immediately challenge for big trophies, with near freedom from interference. I'm not sure how enticing the club will be for any top managers. Maybe money will still talk and the club can get a big name again. But who knows.
  16. Regardless of who the other possible league winners are, that is slightly depressing. Same team winning league title after league title. Can't blame them though. They executed their plans perfectly. And I don't think the 115 charges will stop them. The fact that the PL itself has been unable to throw the book at them, just shows well they've entrenched themselves.
  17. Nail on the head. Who hired these mediocre coaches? Who assembled this piss-ant squad? It's all clownlake. I'm not going to hold my breath over the eventual departure of Poch. Who knows who they'll hire next. It's going to be a painful process to get back to where this club used to be on the pitch, thanks to the owners shenanigans. My fear is that there's still more to pay following their clown show. We'll likely see it this transfer window. We were easily able to move on Jorginho, Mount, Havertz, Kovacic, Koulibaly because there would be buyers for those players. Fat chance we can do the same. Unless you scrape the barrel and move on Gallagher, Chalobah & Omari, and with that we will be selling any performer we had left in the squad.
  18. Gusto still keeping the team in the game.
  19. Sorry I meant whatever the premier league equivalent of FFP is. I know its less strict, but it is a major factor.
  20. Seriously doubt this due to FFP. Team needs to fall a lot lower down the table for Clownlake to react.
  21. I'm confused. Is this Brentford with 7 first team players out?
