mate you keep talking figures and money, there is no rule that dictates that the most money spent wins! We spent much more than united this term and hows that working out? Same way that saying because everton dont spend a lot its a phenomenal job moyes is doing to have them missing out on UCL positions, its not! He's not a top manager, hes a decent manager, I wouldnt begrudge him that much but hes not a top man.i cant be bothered looking up tables from years gone by but im fairly sure there are teams who have spent less than everton again who have achieved the 'feat' of finishing in the europa league spots. no stats but suffice to say the teams who would usually be there abouts have significantly under achieved whilst everton have been better. yes I can sum up mediocre...hes done NOTHING. Im not being overly critical of the guy am i, he's done nothing! Finishing one behind us is great if we are at our usual 1,2,3 but we finished a woeful 5th. Who cares if he finished 6th? It means nothing. His teams dont progress any more than any other year they just fluctuate around the middle. His "best" achievement was getting to the fa cup final.
