  1. Not sure how anyone can find fault in Frank being willing to give an insight to what he's witnessed during his time here. I dare say there's a lot frank could tell poch with regards to mentality or effort of some of this lot. I'd personally like the new manager to go in with as much Intel as possible
  2. Even with his links to them he still wouldn't choose them over us. Be mad to
  3. This may not be word of mouth but the constant leaks from starting line ups to how the squad react to each and every thing really annoys my brain. Whoever is speaking to whoever needs found out and reigned in
  4. This gives me great hope. As someone who watches only us and am never going to pretend to be a knowledge on foreign teams,it appears to me from the outside that bayern have a very capable team who for one reason or another aren't playing well. Well if they can have a nightmare with that fairly developed, seasoned team then there's no reason this fairly new, young team can't. Fingers crossed next season with the right man and no European distractions below the CL we can progress
  5. I personally think psg would be a disaster for most people to manage. They appear from the outside to someone who watches very little of them to be a selection of stars but not a team. A lot of egos and cliques. I think it's fairly difficult to judge anyone on spells at Paris
  6. Have to say I am not a massive fan of potch. Never have been. But I listened to a fella a while ago talk about why he could be good for us and its swayed me a bit. His development of younger players whilst at Spurs, he got a habitual team of losers within touching distance of a league and champions league which no one has even come close to with that load of bottlers. He also had them playing good football for the most plus he's actually managed in the prem AND he even made dele and Danny rose look like decent players....I mean fucking hell!!! I'll temper expectations if he comes but I'm no longer completely against it. That being said my expectations are at a 30 odd year low
  7. This boy is rapidly becoming a firm favourite of mine. Gonna be a gem
  8. Amazing the positivity (albeit slightly tempered) and excitement I have again for this game. Funny what a few wins does for you. Not sure what to expect but we need to get at them early and make the chances count. Going into international week and after last week this would be just the tonic we need to keep the momentum going.
  9. it's phillips so probably bollocks. Looks good tho

  12. I don't rate Zidane, not one bit. Think he's a massive footballing icon who's stature in the game propelled and already supremely gifted Madrid team to the titles they got. That being said if it's Zidane or fat boy ill HAPPILY welcome Zidane here. Podge is not what we need. He never will be.
  13. According to matt law the board are still behind Potter. Ffs
  14. Podge should never EVER be mentioned here. He is the next step up from Potter. Slightly better football but no winner. Plus ....them lot. Non starter for me
  15. I'm going for a slender 2-1 win. 2 goal head start, late goal for saints followed by much panicking.
  16. Kepa; James, Silva, Koulibaly, Chilwell; Loftus-Cheek, Fernandez; Ziyech, Felix, Mudryk; Havertz
  17. Chilwell, ziyech, rubes and Reece are starting. Hate this ziyech nonsense
  18. Correct me if I'm wrong but Nkunku hasn't been officially announced right? Why is that out of interest. The world and his wife are talking about it being done and agreed so why it not announced?
  19. I loved the idea of Potter and I'm not a reactionary fan by any means but i just dont know atm. It's clear that the injuries this season have absolutely crippled us and the underperformers in this team have only hastened the poor run of form. But the thing that worries me is his general persona. We've seen him interviewed by the clubs social media guy (🤢🤮) and on sky etc and he just strikes me as a complete wetwipe. I just can't see the lads being wowed by him. I do genuinely believe he's a good coach but, well...we're Chelsea fc. Chelsea FUCKING FOOTBALL CLUB! We're massive (contrary to how some on here perceive us) and I don't think he has enough balls to be the manager we need. Completely understand people talking up Jose because that's the sort of profile of manager we should have. I don't mean his tactics but more his mentality. We need someone to inspire. Watching Potter early OK asking J5 and others if they'd tried their breathing techniques made me cringe. Anyway time will tell. The money that's been spent here will absolutely demand results. Its fine saying he's being given time but all of us I'm sure hoped for a massive turn around last night. My 9 year old fancied 6 nil and an Enzo hatrick....alas! Todd's reaction in the box told a tale. Do we think many more draws/lacklustre performances will be tolerated?
  20. Na this geezer is pretty on the ball. Fella on twitter that had been releasing a lot of behind the scene stuff for a while now
