Good point Layla.Those fans whose flight was cancelled would of been able to board an alternative flight had of the final been in a more closer European City,as Moscow is an aproximate 5/6 hour flight,that does not include the 3 hour wait clearing customs,there was no chance for those fans. I would of been proper vexed had i of been among those whose flight got cancelled.I hope they get refunded.

Had of the final been held in a more reputable European City like Paris,Amsterdam,Madrid etc,we would of had more of a genuine support. A pal of mine went to Moscow and he told me how Chelsea fans were forced to stay in the fanzone's in Red Square.Some had to stay there for 6 hours+. What a way to spend a day .

The letter of apology shows what a noble man he is,even though he did'nt have to aplologise as we all knew he cared. Shame Drogba has'nt aplogised for his petty sending off,which i believe what cost us the game.That is the difference between humility and blatant arrogance.

I nearly fell off my chair when i heard the news of Grant's sacking I've had to cringe at some press reports this morning.Everyone knew this was on the cards,and as misschief said,Grant should'nt of been offered the job in the first place. I wonder how many clubs will be offering their services to Grant in the summer? As for the new manager.I doubt we'll wait till the end of Euro 2008,so we can rule out Hiddink and Scolari. We'd all love Jose to return,but only the deluded will believe in that happening.My choice would be Mark Hughes. Kenyon's choice will be his mate Sven.Rijkaard is another popular choice,but our squad does not suit his expansive style of play and we would have to make more big money signing's,which is not really needed. My money's on Germany to win Euro 2008(nothing personal badboy).I'm half Portuguese but just can't bring myself to supporting a team that contains that Ronaldo wanker(sorry mum & dad). I agree that Grant has to take some credit,even though he does have that luxury of a quality team to choose from,but it seems that they want to play for him,when they could so easily undermine him so he gets sacked or the players that oppose Grant leave themselves.
