Not fake.He's pictured at Lisbon Airport but changed his mind when the flight was delayed.it's roughly a 2-2.5hr flight time from London to Lisbon,hence why the deal will be completed in Portugal.

Apparantley Luiz is staying in Portugal tonight as he doesn't want the deal fucked up ie:delayed flights,so the deal will be completed tonight in Lisbon,with Luiz arriving in London tomorrow. Sky Sports News Makes sense i think.
