What seperates Rooney from the Lewandowski, Cavani, Falcao likes is the simple fact that he's the ultimate allround player. He's probably the best striker at creating chances which Mata and Hazard and hence Chelsea would really benefit from. If he's available for 25m I'd definitely go for him. I don't see him moving to us, though.
