The best memory for me was undoubtedly the Champions league final. I remember that day distinctly I was sitting in the library gathered with my project members to work on a course project. I was streaming the match and just couldn't concentrate on the work and was literally speechless when I saw Mulller score. And then Drogba scored the equalizer and the winning penalty, that feeling... I was streaming internally while trying to remain civil and calm on the outside. One of the best memories as a Chelsea fan for me.

Which loanees have a future at the club?
bluephoenix replied to the wes's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
sad how very little of the loanees actually make it to the first team. I have a feeling they might be willing to fight harder for the team. One day one day this would be reality (seeing more of the youth/loanees become successful at chelsea) -

Ah that would be really nice.

Happy for the win. The press need to really stop it with the Diego thing it is really irritating. Every day a new rumor, latest one : Conte to sit and have a discussion on Tuesday with Costa City lost to Everton, Liverpool draw against United. The weekend is complete. Would have been happy had Spurs lost too but won't complaint much about that
-
It is a bad time to lose confidence (if we may say so), because all the other big teams are turning their A game. United have been winning, Spurs and Arsenal well have been spurs, and arsenal, City is winning games again. Hopefully this is one of, Conte gets together with everyone and gives them a piece of his mind and gets them back on track.

I am just playing devils advocate here but we are just 5 points clear of Liverpool. We have big games to play. If we can't step up against the better teams then it won't be long before we start bitching about how it all went down south. Conte needs to act and adapt accordingly. In a way this defeat is a good check for Conte to analyze what he is doing wrong and to make it right.
-
Hopefully this defeat doesn't start a different kind of streak for us. Come on Conte, time to whip some ___.
-
Its the fashion of defeat!
-
Wouldn't count the eggs this early. Agreed tonight was an one off. Still can't take the way our team played today with a grain of salt. If they needed a day off they shouldn't have been on the pitch
-
I am not concerned about this defeat because we aren't playing at all. The one other thing I hate about this lot, it seems like they can't take pressure from media. Every time media turn their attention to us somehow it gets to our players and they have a horrible day.
-
Every new year for the past 2 years we have been wanked by Spurs gutted about that more than the defeat.
-
KTBFFH .... please please win win win!
-
Why do I have a feeling this is going to be an embarrassing defeat and that it won't stop with just 2. We stopped them from winning the title and they stopped us from setting a record---shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
-
What the hell did they discuss in half time?
-
imagine what the news would read if we lose to spurs. headline would read: "how pochettino stopped the unstoppable Chelsea" oh the horror.
-
shit we are a goal down, guess that was long time coming
-
Looks like we need Half time talk from Conte.
-
That isn't good, maybe the record pressure has gotten into them?
-
how are we doing? Who is the better team so far? Reading the skysports live feed it looks like spurs have the edge?>
-
It is like what Pochettino said the whole of PL will be rooting for them to stop our winning form. I am little nervy, I really hope we can pull a win.
-
Like Conte mentioned it will be true test. I really hope Bats shines, it will ease the pressure for us in the absence of Costa. Besides we need as good strikers as Costa if we have to challenge in all competitions next season. If Bats can prove to one of them it is one less thing to worry about in summer transfer market.
-
true but I if we can't sustain EPL how are we to compete in multiple competitions? I know that we lack depth in our squad but we need star performers to be on top of their game. Or it could just be me wanting Mosses to shine as he did at the start. Don't expect an Hazard from him but would certainly expect his good form to continue.
-
Yes I also felt that Moses has lost his form/aggressiveness he had at the start of the winning streak. I can't believe with just PL to focus on our players are fatigued. This is exactly why we need squad depth.
-
I like the fact that we have been clinical in finishing and getting the goal but I still would like to see more of the performance we had at the start of this winning streak.
