I also think, very important is that he was given time. He built "his own" genereration and knew every player, because everyone went "throught" his hands. If Andre Villas-Boas will be given time, I think he can be this or even more succesful with Chelsea.

In 25 years of managing Manchester United he has won: 12 Premier League Titles 5 FA Cup Titles 4 Carling Cup Titles 10 Community Shields 2 Chapmions Leauge Titles I really respect him for everything he has done with Manchester United. But why do you think he's so succesful? I've noticed, that he doesn't like "stars" in his team, such as Ronaldo, Nani, Beckham etc. He's acting really smart on transfer market, because he never overpays any footballer. He has a good eye for talents and most of young players become world-class players under his baton. What do you think? Why he's so succesful?
