Mata without a doubt. Is there any way to know who voted for whom because in the results even torres got a vote... whoever did that should get a head scan done for obvious reasons.

no doubt that if we keep this ridiculous high defensive line then we ll be mauled by them... i dont think that terry and iva's speed together can match young or hernandez. Plus another thing that worries me is bosingwa. Even though he has been one of our best players so far but can we really play him defensively against young or nani. please do tell me how it does not. First of all we are all chelsea fans not torres fans. i would love to see chelsea score a goal rather than one striker selfishly try and end his goal draught. secondly if we had got that last minute goal atleast most of us wont be in this fucking frame of mind.

what i am talking about is the last chance of the match. when torres decided to (well i dont even know if it was a pass or a shot instead of just slotting to ramires). That just sums up this man.

I think we played very well until we got the 2nd goal. The pace of moving the ball was great and for once our off the ball running was quite good too. After getting the 2nd goal we became a little slow. But what i dont understand is our outrageously high defense line. If we keep this up i think beating manu will be very difficult. PS: Today was a new low even for Torres. I had my doubts before this match but he confirmed it today that he is nothing but a "high profile-give up-selfish son of a bitch"

cech(hopefully) ; bosingwa, luiz , terry, cole; romeu , ramires , josh; mata , torres , sturridge... i would love to see this team playing. mid looks vunerable but watchin mikel play in the last 3 matches i really think he deserves the boot. normally i would choose (except kalouda) in front of torres but watching him play alongside mata for 5-10 minutes did give me some hope for him.Have not seen romeu playin but rest of the team have the ability to keep the ball moving at a faster pace than we have been doing(mostly bcoz of mikel and malouda's pace).

But that is where the problem lies. Firstly our midfiled creates nothing, and what they do create and pass to our "wingers" (i think we use this word very loosely), the wingers screw it up(for eg "KALOUDA" just giving away the ball some infinite number of times). I really hope that AVB gives sturridge a start (as drogba is injured) and does not fall back to anelka and KALOUDA. Plus atleast against sunderland we should play Josh. if not against sunderland then maybe in ucl but please dont tell me that a 33 year old lampard (with all due respect) is supposed to start and play 90 minutes on the 10th,13th and then 18th too.

i totally agree that our wing backs have been great, our central duo slow and our midfiled uncreative. Food for thought : how exactly do you expect bosi or cole to play attackingly against manu when all of their attacks are through the wings(they will be having their hands full while defending off young and nani).This will cut of our width and with the performances that our midfield has given in the last 3 matches i dont see us winning it against manu if we dont change our current tactics.

Lukaku seemed quite good. His positioning and off the ball runs were just awesome (pity that anelka dint put him through on one of his runs). But what was a little concerning was when lukaku did get the ball. He seemed a little unsure of what to do with it which really slowed him down. But he's just 18, probably needs a little time. PS : When lukaku first came in and touched the ball, it was as if a young drogba was playing again. He seems like a drogba clone.

i think lukaku was good in positional play n was good off the ball. but when he god the ball he seemed a little slow in decision making. just needs time

Mata and lukaku looked good with the latter really having an uncanny resemblance to drogba in playing style. Mata should start instead of malouda. Lampard was hard to watch. mikel was his usual self (winning impossible balls and in the other moment almost assisting the opposition striker). i really think romeu should be given a chance ahead of mikel just for a match or so. Defence was poor. drogba and torres were okay. but RAMIRES stood out for me. player ratings according to me hilario 5 bosingwa 7.5 ivanovic 5 terry 7 cole 6.5 mikel 6.5 ramires 8.5 lampard 6 drogba 6 torres 7 malouda 6 subs- mata 8 lukaku 7.5 anelka 7

what the fuck was the matter with our defense today. every time a ball came even near our D it seemed like something might happen (eventually which did happen). plus i have never seen iva playing so poorly. just one of those days when nothing went right for him. hope all this does not happen in big matches.
