the goal against benfica was good. the goal against barca was useless. he was supposed to be playing as a LB. he not only lost the ball while trying to dribble thru 4 players but dint even come back to defend. and that was not the only instance when he did that. watch the meireles yellow card which forced him out of the final. torres lost the ball and meireles selflessly took one for the team.

there are going to be 60 matches in the season. u need atleast 2 players for a position. we play a 5 man mid and will have willian, oscar, hazard, schurrle, cesc, mikel, rambo, matic as our only options. do u remember last season when we had CL obligations. salah started every PL match. that is what fixture congestion can do. and its been 2 matches man... only 2 matches. azpi dint play for the first 6/7.. and he was then one of our players of the season.

Its not that I don't like his play. He is a differebt type of no.10. He has 2 goals and 2 assists this season. But even though he dint assist last match, he was good in thr 2nd half. His link up play and his contribution to the attack is his strong points imo. But he has been poor on that too. He does his headless chicken act most of the ganes and gets by on the "workrate" argument. But considering the role he has got and the kind of players he has replaced and our on the bench for him, he should be doing a lot more contribution to the attack than he currently is.But co

Oscar is our no.1 no.10 who was chosen ahead of mata, kdb and is being chosen ahead of willian. This "potential" argument would have been good last year, right now he will be 23 and time he started converting that potential. Hazard was our player of thr year last season at the sane age.And how does it natter who costs what? At the end of the day, u want every player on the pitch to perform to the best of his level. U want every player to repay hos manager's trust something that oscar simply has not done. He is going yo be 23, the no.1 no.10 for chelsea so he needs to put in performances which are good enough for that responsibility irrespective of if he was bought for 1mil or 25mil or 50mil. How difficult is that to understand.
