Gosh, without McEachran we sucked. Ramires still needs to play more in an Essien role and Benayoun practically stood there for the whole time. Lampard depends on someone like Essien and McEachran, without a CM, Lampard has to drop back and we don't get a lot of attacking football!

Time to drop him, until next season. Drogba looks MUCH better today so start him v Everton. Play Torres in pre-season, surely even HE can't mess up that bad? o.o

Seriously, at £8 million, Taarabt is a bargain. I've watched him play for QPR and he is BRILLIANT. If he stays in the 'league, then he'll become World Class. Shame on Spuds for selling him for only ONE MILLION.

Disappointing, we really didn't play as good as we should have. Good match for McEachran though. We did look like scoring with Drogba too; he's essential to next season. Thought first half was good, but I dozed off in second.

We need Zola as Assistant Manager. Then when Carlo leaves, Lampard/Terry can aid Zola when he becomes manager. It would be the best thing we could plan out right now (besides bringing in the likes of McEachran ect).

Walker/Sebek Ferreira - Terry - Alex - Bertrand Lalkovic - McEachran - Lampard - Benayoun Anelka - Torres Walker and Sebek deserve 1st Team chances. Alex should not be dropped, he was the leading light in a bad Defence performance. Lalkovic has been brilliant for the Reserves and Benayoun deserves a final chance too. McEachran and Lampard are great midfielders. Anelka and Torres to grab a few more goals as well. Subs: Cech, Luiz, Ramires, Essien, Malouda, Drogba and Carl Magnay.
