yer im not sure about cannabis you can either go down the road of legalisation, but i don't think our culture is mature enough. How many demotivated , uninspired people are there in our country already ? plus there is a proven risk of mental problems and reduced fertility. Or you can actually take a stand and impose a real deterrent such as tough prison sentences even for "personal use possession" I dont think most of the people i know who regularly smoke weed would risk it if they knew that possession carried say a 5 year prison sentence. But i agree alcohol also needs to be far more tightly regulated. higher supermarket prices is a must alcohol cannot be cheaper than water. it should be a luxury item.
