Chelsea are considering making Lampard a new one-year contract offer – but will not match the terms LA Galaxy, AC Milan or Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to give him. The 34-year-old is likely to have to accept a deal heavily based on appearances to stay at Stamford Bridge.
