That one detail is the only thing we're better at. But I think its more just down to removing Courtois and Cahill who were pretty poor in possesion, not so much Sarri being some kind of genius. Playing Jorginho also costs us because he is simply not good enough physically for this level. Bloody hell Conte spent half a season bashing the board, didn't even care about training sessions or how the team played and we might have finished better last year than we will now. So in the end if he does get the sack, he's definitely earned it. But I definitely agree the worst thing we could do is go back and hire a defensive minded manager again.

Barkley had a really good game, looked sharp and motivated. Jorginho on the other hand is an absolute fraud.

We had a really good chance for top 4 this season and I am sure we would have made it had we sacked the smoking one on time.

He has all the technical ability and pace but he doesn't understand the game at all. His movement and general awareness on the pitch are terrible. Without those qualities he'll never be able to impose himself and influence a football match.

We are still atrocious. Simply not good enough. With the transfer ban coming up its absolutely vital to get rid of the smoking one (can take his darling Jorginho with him) and find another coach.

After Robbie's sacking and hiring the fat spanish waiter this has to be the worst atmosphere in and around the club since Abramovich arrived.

Zola just by being Zola already has far more authority and influence on the players than Sarri has. I'm sure they would listen to him like they all did with Robbie.

Exactly. There were people here banging on about defensive stability, now we've let 4 in you don't hear them anymore. Less and less arguments with every game, until they are left with none. Sarri also has no authority, because we've got players in this team who have done more in football world than he has. He's basically a nobody to them and the inability to impose himself as a leader is evident. Zola has far more impact on the players than he has. The comparisons with Guardiola and Klopp are laughable, you lads should check again what Klopp did with Dortmund before coming to England. We've now gone full circle with all these managers, coaches, tacticians, philosophers.. I really do think we should hire someone who is one of us, has connections at the club, brings some peace and authority and is respected by everyone at Chelsea. We need this along with hiring football men in the board and getting rid with the deadwood we have in this team. A lot of these players lack quality, its not that they don't try. Fresh start in every department.

I don't blame him at all. He's been carrying this lot on his shoulders for years. My biggest regret is that we had this player probably in his prime but failed to build a strong team around him to challenge for the Champions League properly. He will leave in summer, its almost certain now. Hopefully that will at least force the board to start fresh, because there is no way we can replace Eden.

Yes we really do have some average players, players that are not good enought but even with them in the team - to be beaten 4-0 against Bournemouth is absolutely disgraceful. The way we play is plain shit. Somebody has to tell the smoking one this is not a game of chess, football is simple and that makes it a beautiful game. Bournemouth showed it today. The more I watch Chelsea, the more I think we should go with one of our own as a manager.

Once again shown how simple a game football is. Everyone who knows a thing or two about it saw what needed to be done in this team. Alonso and Willian removed, a CF on the pitch resulting in much more energy, pace and quick passing in our play. First time we scored 2 goals in the first half in ages. I do think we would have put 3 or 4 past them had they not scored to make it 2:1, which made our team a bit more cautious going forward. Our defence was pretty poor today but we got away with because they had no Kane, Alli or Son. And btw, Atkinson is an absolute bellend. Abysmal refereeing yet again.
