  1. Now, I think we can all agree on the fact that Di Matteo has been good to Chelsea since he replaced Villas-Boas and that he is the perfect man for you, from what I have seen of him so far. The big question, though, is - do you think Abrahamovich will keep him after the season is over or is he going to look for "bigger" names? I personally hope that Abrahamovich keeps Di Matteo (and that Di Matteo wants to stay of course) because I see a different Chelsea today that a couple of months back. A very interesting Chelsea. When AVB was coaching, people complained about the "oldies" like "Oh my god they suck we need to sell them" or "We need younger players to build this team from the ground", but Di Matteo has, for really good reasons, kept these "oldies" active and made them a vital part of today's Chelsea. I respect him for doing the unexpected. Okay, to prevent this OP to get too long - simple question; What do you think will happen with Di Matteo in the future? Will he stay or leave? Sorry if this has already been discussed or if I posted it in the wrong forum.
  2. Fair enough mate. Di Matteo has been really good to Chelsea and I personally think he is a good reason to why you have come this far. His tactics are different from AVB's and are perfect for Chelsea. You're focusing on the Champions League this year, and have a chance of winning it - of course - and you'll hopefully win the league next year if you continue like this. Regarding you beat "the best team in the world" - When did you play Real Madrid?
  3. Messi is not the best player in the world, and I am being completely honest now as a Madrid fan. He doesn't deserve getting the Ballon d'Or 3 years in a row. 1 or 2 would have been reasonable, but last season and this season, Cristiano Ronaldo has been a lot better, setting record after record as if it's something normal to him lol Messi is good, no doubt about that, but Cristiano Ronaldo is a more complete player, he performs every game.
  4. You guys have been playing very well so far, but I have to go with Bayern Munich on this one. They have been slightly better generally and they're at home, so it's leaning towards them. I am unbiased this final though, so I wish you the best of luck, would be fun to see you win as well!
  5. Cheers mate, I'll see if I can find myself some time to maybe mock something up.
  6. Oh alright mate, I don't really know what's around SB but I take it it's not possible to build on it
  7. Yeah that'd be reasonable, however, why not just make the Stamford Bridge bigger? Just like Real Madrid kept on improving the Santiago Bernabeu during their history. Keep building on it and you'll be just fine
  8. Stamford Bridge is good enough, I don't see why you should get a new one?
  9. Could someone give me a brief introduction to what the "TalkChelsea Show" is? Cheers
  10. Good signing, really cheap and really talented - he is injury prone though. Bremen's president expressed that he is not interested in Lukaku so I doubt he'll be leaving.

  12. Congratulations Chelsea and all Chelsea fans, I am really happy you made it through to the finals and especially glad you beat Barcelona - your performance was wonderful! See you in the final!
  13. Drogba you beast! Come on now Chelsea, win this game!!
  14. Unfortunately I couldn't find myself some time to watch the game yesterday, however, I saw the highlights afterwards. The fall was really scary. I hope Drogba get's better soon, because you're going to need him
  15. Juan Mata is a really good player, no doubt about that. However, do you guys think he will play well in Chelsea? I can't say much at this point, but, if he plays like he played in Valencia in Chelsea, I will be happy. A great signing in my eyes.
  16. First of all, well done Jim on converting the forum to IPB 3.2 aswell as creating an awesome skin for it! I absolutely love it. Secondly, regarding the "delete posts" suggestion - I highly disagree. Members should never be given moderation powers, because that's what the moderators are for - to moderate the forums and make sure that everything is working correctly aswell as making sure that everyone are having a pleasant stay here at TalkChelsea. I don't know if more should be said about this. At the end of the day, it's all up to you, however, I would not recommend it. Just wondering (since I haven't been on here for a while), why is there no more a main website/portal? Keep up the good work guys - your administration is really good!
  17. To all of you saying you won't pay because you don't need the features.. This isn't really about you getting these features, it's about giving back to the community - that you contribute yourself, and thank the administrators aswell as moderators for doing an amazing job and keeping the forum up. Think about what TalkChelsea is giving you and you will understand me.
