Where is Torres these days? I would play him for this game.
-
Not really, you come on here and call Mourinho a twat, just trying to start trouble if you ask me.
-
I really don't know what you're talking about but okay mate. AND SHUT UP MY REPUTATION IS BETTER THAN YOURS OKAY! My rep... it's my life
-
Strange to see all the mid table teams win against the big teams.
-
I don't know what you're talking about?
-
STOP IT, STOP WHINING I want Chelsea to win things, I just have a different expectation than you do.
-
10,000? Do you not know how to round up? I believe it's 9,000, okay so you're still in school I take it.

To be honest, people may blast Phil, and yeah it's true you can't win with him. But you also couldn't win with Choulo, he did the exact same about Mikel time and time again, whenever Mikel played bad he would dig up something to praise his performance, it wasn't till last season he finally had his doubts. Whenever Choulo laughs at Phil I just can't help but laugh at him, because that's the exact same thing he used to do to everyone else whilst everyone was saying to him you need to get in touch with reality. This whole thread in all fairness has become a big feud, we over criticize him but at the same time we over praise him, if Mikel has a decent game, one of those decent games whilst Ramires is having 10, then Mikel will get praised for it. He has had about 5 good games now, that's good to see, but I don't know any other player besides a striker who would get those praises for just doing his job. Their has been nothing spectacular, but for once we've seen Mikel actually making his place into the team which has been good to see. I still have my doubts about him, but I'm also happy we kept him rather than replacing him with someone like De Rossi or whatever.

Oh my word, where did i say that? I said the club has had the philosophy of attacking since AVB came in, they don't want to play counter attacking football anymore, it's been a well known fact that Abramovich wants to play attacking football. Watch the games? You signedu p for this forum at the start of last season, it's obvious to me that you have only just started watching Chelsea recently, otherwise you would have knowledge of the past Chelsea. And learn what transition means whilst your at it. If we are in transition then so are City too. So is almost every club in the premier league.
-
Shame the twat didn't get an injury.
-
Read my other post, now there is a reality check.
-
That makes no sense at all, so FFP has changed everything has it? and Mourinho has? Last time I checked we have been playing 4-2-3-1 since Di Matteo first came in, and we've playing attacking football since AVB came in, so you're just talking out of your arse hole mate. There is no change, we have gotten better but the philosophy hasn't changed, they have adapted into there own roles, they are more fluid they understand each other more. That's what happens when you improve, there is in no way at all a transition, absolutely no way.
-
How has it changed it's philosophy? The clubs prime target has been to play attacking football rather than counter attacking football since 2011-2012 season when AVB first started. We are not in transition, we are set and ready to go, yes we will get better, but we have to challenge for the title and now is the time.
-
Oh my god learn what transition actually means. Stop using it as an excuse, if we don't challenge for the title then the season has been a disaster, end of. We have spend far too much money, Hazard, Oscar, Mata, Torres, Mikel, Luiz, Ramires, Cole, Terry, Ivan, Cech and Cahill have been here for long enough to know who they are in this club, a transition season is when a new team is built from scratch, the only team that are in transition this season are Spurs, they have bought a new team, we haven't. We've only added more players with Willian, Schurrle, De Bruyne and Eto'o, and only one of them is a starter.
-
Do you know what transition means? Transition is what Man City went through in 2010-2011, when they couldn't play football for shit, they where forming a team, then the next season they won the title. Yes obviously a team is going to get better as the season progresses, that's if the players are kept and coming into there primes. You keep saying it as I'm panicking, I'm really not, I still think we will challenge for the title, that's if November doesn't beat us. We are not in transition at all, last season we where, this season we have played much better. But we only shown it in the first few games, we can still come back into it. But if this season is just another test season then what is the point? It's just another season wasted, WE HAVE TO CHALLENGE FOR THE TITLE. If we don't then this season is an instant disaster.
-
No, that's shit, I really hope we sell him, Cech is the best keeper in the world, Choulo19 said. You know that guy who said Mikel was the best DM in the world two seasons ago? or that Schurrle can't have a bad game because he chases the ball and Giaccharini is a world class player.
-
I really fancy United to win this today, I just have that feeling.
-
I really thought a poster like you would have more sense, transition are you fucking mental? It's our 3rd season we haven't challenged for the title and you're trying to convince me we are in transition?. Hazard, Mata and Oscar have already played a full season with u. But I get it now, so if we buy a new striker next season, we will need another season of finishing 3rd and 4th because we need another transition don't we? Or in your case another 4 seasons because that's how long a transition takes for you guys. Some people on here just make excuses upon excuses, you are worse than the people calling for Mourinhos head.
-
Congratulations, this is the first time you have replied to me and haven't been a complete arse hole, keep it up.
-
Alex was a solid centre back, but he wasn't as good as Luiz, Luiz on form is something special. He gets the game going forward, he orchestrates the attack by moving up and picking out the player in space, something which is vital to our formation. He adds so much dimensions because we don't just need the pivot players to pass forward. Duff wasn't in the class as Hazard or Willian, you can't downplay them like that, and they are not Robben or Ribery, I've never seen them cut inside too often, actually never seen that at all.
-
Okay wait so you're saying Tiago, Robben (back then) Duff, Gudionsen, Joe Cole and Alex where better than Oscar, Willian, Hazard, De Bruyne, David Luiz and Ramires? No chance mate, absolutely no chance. We have improved massively as a team, and we are set to go. 2004/2005 Ranieri built a side, Mourinho came next season and won it, also in style with only 15 goals conceded within a whole league season. He also made some changes to the side, just like this season we have Willian, De Bruyne and Eto'o. We have experienced players like Lampard, Terry, Ivanovic, Ashley Cole, Eto'o and Cech, Eto'o may not be a Chelsea legend but he has been one of the best strikers in the world at one point, it counts for something bringing someone like that in the side. Then we have bucket loads of talent and established players such as Oscar, Mata, Torres, Hazard, Ramires and Mikel. To say that it's transition is just a big fat excuse. If we don't challenge for the title this season then it's worrying, Jose had no problem with this, the league maybe harder but our side is tough and as I said it is going to come down to two teams. I'm not overreacting, I still think we will challenge, I am worried about this month, I still have a little faith in me that we can turn it around. Arsenal have a lot to prove and I think it will be out of us and Man City at the end of the season. And it's simple, it is because we have firepower, and if we fail to do something with that firepower after 3 long seasons, then this season has to be labeled as a disaster and that's not exaggerating.
-
What a terrible excuse, transition? Are you serious? We are one of the richest clubs in the world, we haven't won the title in 3 seasons, and those 3 seasons we have been very unproductive in the league. We finished 3rd last season with Mata, Hazard, Ramires, Luiz, Azpi, Mikel and Torres, that's enough transition for me, this time there is no excuse, we have to challenge for the title, no more waiting. Chelsea fans are impatient yes, but they also have every right to be if we don't challenge for the title this year, because this year should be our year right now, whilst United aren't looking up to scratch with a new manager and all, we should be taking their place. I don't care what anyone says it's going to be a two horse race at the end of the season no doubt about it, even if there is just 4 games left, it's going to come down to two teams, if we aren't in those two teams then that's going to be a huge disappointment. We can't keep wasting seasons as they go on.

You are the best poster to ever grace TalkChelsea, it's a pleasure to meet you fine sir.
-
And coming on here moaning about it is going to solve everything isn't it?
-
That was hilarious, the time when he missed a sending off and he thought it was a substitute, you just couldn't make it up. He was at it again today, first time of the season and he thought Ivanovic got sent off.
