  1. The Arsenal fans sang this song on Saturday against Newcastle
  2. The French league has given us some great players over the years so it can't be that bad.
  3. Wishful thinking mate. I would be astonished if City and Nasri don't already have an agreement in place. They were the team in for him first and have been tracking him for months so it's very much looking like a done deal.
  4. LOL Hazard would complete our Belgian gang. Thibault, Lukaku and hopefully De Bruyne and Hazard! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-CfamAKksd8&hd=1
  5. He's won everything there is to win. Why not make insane money, he will probably never be offered the figures he's being offered now. Eto'o isn't some 25 year old with no medals. Good luck to him, hopefully with the money he earns his projects in Cameroon and Africa will continue and help poor children.
  6. I noticed that when it happened, lol it was very funny. Torres always had that bit of a nasty streak in him, especially when he use to play against us. Some people underestimate how much better a player is when he's playing angry and nasty.

  8. True. He is both manager and director of football. Total and absolute control. But if Boas doesn't even recognize Kalou's lack of ability then he shouldn't have any control either.
  9. Ok, fair enough. But you have to admire their ability to constantly change and still manage to remain on top right? Why are we so afraid of change? Why can't we get some new players in?
  10. Brown, O'Shea were marginal figures. Smalling and Evans will give you the same if not more. Neville was useless and hardly played. Hargreaves was always injured and hardly played. De Gea will get better. He is one of the top young keepers in the world and is only 20. They only really had to replace VdS and Scholes. Not the other 4 players you are including to try and beef up your argument.
  11. There was nothing different at all from last season.Same team with the exact same lack of quality in wide areas and no creative ability in midfield. If you wanted changes then you should have watched the Man Utd game, who even after winning the league comfortably, improved their squad and promoted young players into the starting line-up. Chelsea don't do change.
  12. Even Anelka at his absolute worse is still infinitely more competent than Kalou. He has a better first touch, doesn't lose the ball even if he holds on to it for half an hour at a time and has the pace to make opponents back up and give him space to do something for instance the shot that was saved today that was nearly a goal. Nobody respects Kalou. He has no techincal quality. Zero pace. No strength. He is truly awful in every way. He doesn't have a single redeeming quality.
  13. Slight murmurs of discontent at this point. If he plays Kalou again it will begin in earnest.
  14. Barcelona just keep getting better. And we still have Kalou. I want to cry.
  15. I gave up on the idea of AVB dropping Lampard when he called him 'Lamps' in a press conference. He seems to soft to drop him in my opinon. I'd rather moan about players he has the balls to drop or replace i.e. the infamous pair now known as Kalouda.
  16. I honestly think that there are some people working within the club who are trying to sabotage the team. The absolutely shambolic mismanagement of the playing staff has resulted in all of our key players being 30 or other and their deputies consisting of absolute rubbish like Kalou.
  17. It's depressing isn't it when Man Utd have Young, Nani and Valencia who can all beat a marker and deliver a cross or shoot. We don't have a single player who can do that. And Malouda and Kalou are the two clowns who complain about getting longer contract or not getting enough games. They are shameless. What the hell is that potential based on? He has absolutely no quality. He wouldn't make the Stoke team for f*** sake. Why is he in the Chelsea team?
  18. There's nothing lucky about beating you marker and making things happen. I wish we had players who did the same.
  19. Well done to Bosingwa and Torres who were excellent. Malouda was bad and really let himself down today. Kalou was his usual self i.e. utterly dreadful in everything that he does. He was easily the worst player on the pitch like he so often is. For a club with a billionaire owner it doesn't make any sense to have a player as bad as this. How can you justify havig a player that has absolutely zero technical ability and physical qualities i.e. strength or speed? How can you explain his presence at the club let alone in the starting 11? You can't. Nothing has changed in the grand scheme of things.
  20. I didn't think of that but you're right! They're probably too afraid to vote as they don't want to seem anti-Chelsea to the die-hards
  21. We've broken Stoke's heart so many times since they came into the league. Malouda and Lampard's last minute goals have been some of our best moments in years! It always made me laugh when Ballack tried to claim Lampard's goal because it slighty brushed his back as it went in :giggle:
  22. This went well then. I think the 5 undecided should be chalked up as a yes to the question.
