We had the right manager,maybe not the right ego but he knew what what,did the job,motivated the players,won trophies and he got treated like shite and its been downhill from then with keeping managers...3 and a half seasons..record doubt anyone will beat anytime soon

I want to see stablity basically,knowing come the end of the season if a Manager hasnt got 1st place of whatever then they'll get to stay on.No get the sack and be on the look out for another one.Wont feel confident with who we get cause you know we wont be seeing them for longer then least 2 seasons. Heck Jose was succesful,won something every year and even he got the sack so not much hope for anyone really.

No ones gana wana come eventully....Jose got the flick in what 2007...going into the next season we'd had 5 managers since...had more managers then sodding trophies in that space Exactly! We've become a joke to other fans really 'chelsea merry go round and all' and its true!

This is whats worrying me,if whoever we get fails to say be in the top 2 mid way through the season they get the flick and wouldnt surprise me if we're in the postion come next season or the 2nd.. For christ sake Carlo is the first since Jose to do 2 seasons and we've had what 3 inbetween..thats pathetic really when you think about it

Problem is keeping them motivated always the same,new manager,goes well and its after say 3 months the cracks show or not...they're like little kids! They know what they have to do etc,got fans travelled all that way shouldnt need someone to mega motiivate them seriously

Heck Carlo least lasted 2 years....Scolari did half a season,Hiddick half a season..Grant half a season...Jose defintly a one off he managed 3 and a hal and that was probably due to the fact he won something every season.Had he gone the 3rd season without anything no doubt been sacked sooner

Know its all in the past but the annoying thing about the whole manager situation is we had the right manager in Jose really,he was succesful,able to change a game,seemed to have the backing of the players.Maybe not Sheva lol but hey...and its just crazy how whatever the reasoning behind his sacking,falling with Roman or whatever sacking him seemed to be the solution when its just led to endless problems since.Cant change things but crazy how its been since then

Oh god the whole game till the goal was just boring.All the build up and hype didnt help.It wasnt never gana be the most exicting game anyway really. And remember the commentator or someone saying Drogbas goal didnt belong in that game...something about being to good a quality for the way the game had gone..if that makes sense.Something along those lines
