To be fair League form was in shambles when he took over anyway and was pretty much a case of hope that other teams drop points. And considering with Carlo we finished 2nd and he still got sacked..pretty much have to win it every year to be in with a chance! I just think the way they treat managers is a joke and has already been picked up on.When you have potenail targets come out and say 'I want to furthur not ruin my career by going to Chelsea'..it aint good.And winning the double and the Champions League and getting the flick..why bother?

Yeah a lot of time and like you said they never get it.And seeing the way if they came up against a defensive team they became stuck.Not always the best way.And we dont want to end up being an Arsenal...good football but won sod all for so many years But if he does get it over RDM...who delivered him the trophy he wanted and still could get the flick.If this attacking football doesnt work out..cant see him lasting either.

So many ex and current players have said about how he should get the job.ITV seemed a bit forcefall of the case last week in their interviews.Think every player they went to just asked 'will he get the job'...they dont know and if they did doubt be able to say it on tv! Just a case of see what happens.But doesnt help is if nothing is being said and they're left completly in the dark.

Agree its not right and here is the problem with Chelsea and the way Managers are treated.fair enough there are things that need to be addressed and discussed but have had time to do it now.They've had since February to consider their options.And not fair to leave him hanging espically if the outcome is he doesnt get the job..and with possible transfers wouldnt imagin a Mangerless club be all that appealing. With what he's done in a short amount of time could easily walk into any club at the moment.
