We did have an easy start to the season compared to most , i think this is where complaceny crept in , also some players might of thought they just had to turn up to win . confidence is great but cockyness is not i feel we underestimated some teams.

In the Premier League we beat all top 4 teams ( i know liverpool didnt finish top 4) But you dont do that and not deserve to win the league.

I think the max points we can get is 79 right and that means us winning every game im all one for being optimistic , but i wouldnt write off spurs when they come here and us going to old trafford and winning yes we have done it before but we all know how this season has been , i just want to be realistic and a good end to the season would be finnishing second seeing as we where on the brink of 4th/5th earlier this season.

We need to just concentrate on winning , and finnishing 2nd/3rd anything else is a bonus , Arse would have to beat united for us to stand any chance of winning the league. becuase united will beat everton and blackburn.

I must say I’m on the fence on weather Carlo should stay or go. I agree with Bluelion saying that it is quite fascinating to see the difference of opinion between our supports debate is good keeps us interesting though we don’t want to end up constantly arguing with each other . At the end of the day we have no say in what happens to Carlo or the club , where just here for the ride so enjoy it , id much rather be debating over who gets are next prem title than over who can get us out of mid-table obscurity. Carlo has done things right and wrong i think the main thing we are worried about is his inability to change a game when it is going wrong maybe he cant motivate the team ? I’m not going to criticize him tactically because I’m not going to pretend I’m the guru of tactics. If we do get rid of Carlo we need someone brand new with fresh ideas on where to take the club , yes having Mourniho back would be great but in all honestly its not going to happen and if it did it might tarnish his legacy here. Guss is a great manager but i remember reading him saying he hasn’t got the time to take a club and build some sort of long successful reign because of his age? he would just be another Stop-gap between managers. The issue is world class managers / coach's don’t grow on trees , Whatever happens I’m fully behind the club and hope next season will be a significant improvement.

Yep , its been needed for a while now , we should have done this last summer rather than panic buying in Jan.... in a way its exciting to see what the new era of Chelsea will look like.

I think one of the main issues this year, is after the double last season , anything but the same this season has made carlo's job harder. we where always going to have seasons like this and we will have more thats football. i say give Carlo another year unless we can lure hiddink or jose back.

Who says anyone advises him... reports are gathering that Carlo will defiantly be out at the end of the season. we will just have to wait and see if this is true after our remaining 7 games.

Some good points there. The one question is , would any of the candidates take the job , the pressue here is not like any other club other managers are allowed time to build their squad then see how they get on , we expect trophys here every season now.

Football is a funny thing and he has a good recored in europe and maybe roman will think this, God help us if he does.
