Raul Meireles has been really good in my opinion. Very underrated player. Elano, Ozil, Coentrao and Forlan deserve a mention too. The poster above me, there are some shockers in your list. Kjaer has been terrible, Neuer's hardly had a save to make and god knows why Pastore is there.

He was brilliant last night. First time I had really seen the guy play. If he can be consistent throughout the world cup, he's going to cost £20m+. But, playing like that consistently, he'd probably be worth it. Like the above says though, needs to cut the diving out.

Was Stoch good enough? Was Stoch ready? Obviously not. As for the others; they don't need to be ready yet. We have one of the best first team squads in world football. What's the rush? When they are ready, they'll get their opportunity. Then and only then.

If he was good enough, the club would have kept him. There's far more promising players in the youth set up anyway.

Kakuta, Stoch and Borini should stick to their 40-somethings. Not ready for 7, 9 or 10. Need to deserve them.

I follow Marseille quite abit and Kabore is a decent player, but that's as far as it goes. He's a defensive midfielder, but has filled in a variety of positions over the season, notably right back. He's decent, but hasn't shown enough to say he can dislodge Essien and Mikel from that role, and I'd much rather Matic get a chance than sign Kabore.
