I don't like this approach. If we can convince a player to come here due to our training facilities or club stature or personnel or some such thing, it's great. But to offer a 15 year old kid and his family a house or car or big money is wrong morally and ethically and I would absolutely hate it if we were to do it.

Think Carlo's introduced this system where anyone who plays in the front 3 is being asked to adjust to playing wide as well as more centrally. We've seen it with Nico and Malouda and Drogba who all constantly keep interchanging their positions on the pitch. Ditto with Kalou and Sturridge. So I guess the same's being taught to Borini as well. Makes man-marking them a difficult job.

Given Carlo's connection to the Serie A, I think there's a good chance we could be in for a couple of guys like Pirlo and Mexes.
