  1. Underusing him has been one of Mourinho's biggest faults this season.
  2. Point still stands because a game and a half means nothing.
  3. "Sparkling form" ... they won their first league game in 5 last weekend.
  4. Sorry but this no philosophy class, it's a football game that's supposed to be played by some rules. A reaction that falls foul of the rules needs to be punished but so does the action that falls foul of the rules. Of course he's going to react, he's no robot. Our season is not in jeopardy because of his reaction, our season is in jeopardy because their is an underhand (and not merely incompetent) force working against us.
  5. They are an example when bashing Mourinho but when their failings are pointed out, it's time to shift the goalposts. This is the little game we play in The Mourinho Thread on Talkchelsea.
  6. I mean we have an option to do that, don't we? There's one on FM ...
  7. I mean we have an option to do that, don't we? There's one on FM ...
  8. Surely this one can be appealed against and rescinded?
  9. It's actually the club who are giving him a new deal ... are they jumping on the bandwagon too or are you just someone who knows better than everyone??
  10. Foreseeing a stadium ban for him if he speaks one word about the motherfucking bastard cunt Atkinson.
  11. Nobody can convince me this was just an incompetent ref and not a bent one.
  12. 'Idiots' are the fucking losers here who're calling him an idiot for not being a robot and actually experiencing rage at someone trying to break his leg.
  13. It's easy to sit on your sofa or on a bar stool and say he shouldn't have reacted that way but it's another matter altogether to be on the receiving end of a leg-breaking tackle.
  14. Everyone who still doesn't feel there is something underhand about these decisions should give their heads a wobble.
  15. I think I might put my fist through the telly screen.
  16. Expected more from Cuadrado tbh. He looks reluctant to take people on.
  17. Seem to reserve their best for us. Beyond a joke, this.
  18. ... and then people claim there's no campaign against Chelsea.
  19. Sure buddy, whatever you say You can live with your hypothetical scenarios, I'll stick to what actually happens on the pitch ... as will the ones voting for the awards.
  20. Pleasantly surprised to see Luis. Excellent lineup. Star Sports HD 4
  21. No, saying someone ''would've stepped up anyway" when they're missing Giroud, Walcott, Ozil and Sanchez is nothing if not hypothetical.
  22. Imagine clinching the title after the game vs Liverpool. Scenes
  23. I think there's got to be a balance because at some stage for an attacker to be counted among the better players in the division or in the world, those dribbles and other aspects of approach play have to transcend into goals and assists. For a moment I wondered if I really was misremembering him vs United so I went back and watched his touches compilation and in my opinion it wasn't one of his best days. For the record I don't think there's much between him and Sanchez at all, but the latter has been more decisive and has carried a much worse team to where they are. Winning them those games is how he's gotten those numbers, so pretty much the same thing. Besides, it is hypothetical whether or not someone would've stepped up but what is real and tangible is that he did ... which is why I said what I did about them not being near where they are without his impact.
  24. Nope, to be superb he needed to be decisive, which he wasn't. Not to say he was bad, but I expected more from him back then because he was capable of more. Thankfully he's improved a lot in that respect, as the City and Spurs games show.
