  1. If we ever needed any more motivation / encouragement ... Tonight is our chance. Must take advantage.
  2. Tottenham don't like high balls into the centre, do they?
  3. How ironic that his stand-out Chelsea performance was in that position against Messi of all people.
  4. 1-1, poor from Norwich. Can't lose the ball in your own half.
  5. Don't understand why you have to bring that up. Honestly there are just as many posters here who spare no opportunity to put Torres down as there are those who over-glorify every half-decent thing he does.
  6. Imagine a front 4 of Malouda, Kakuta, Lukaku and Kalou. Kalouda + Lukakuta.
  7. I actually feel a bit let down with your recent posts, was looking forward to you posting in verse; that introductory post got my hopes high
  8. Love it. You know Mr Burns was hibernating while Luiz churned out MOTM performances over the last few months, pen ready in hand, primed to wake up from his snooze and write an appraisal the minute DL put a foot wrong. Football journalism - easiest job on the planet.
  9. Nah I was reponding to Shonex who's sad there's just one Serbian at CFC. It'll be absolute ages before an Indian is good enough to play outside India, let alone at somewhere like Chelsea. Don't go by the numbers, I'm at my local team's matches most days and have seen close up what sort of quality is out there. Not the players' fault really, there's simply no infrastructure or facilites to get young lads into football.
  10. Mourinho's team withering under pressure, who would've thought. Losing his touch?
  11. Can't see us winning, the fixture list has to catch up you'd think. Anyone but Dempsey for them, can't stand the twat. 1-1.
  12. Would have preferred QPR to get something today, watching Utd drop points would have greatly motivated City and made them more pumped against Arsenal, something that can only benefit us in the race for 4th. As things stand, they'll go into the game 8 points behind after another generous ref decision, feeling beaten before a ball has been kicked. EDIT : Wee ginger cunt has scored .. cue cries of 'oooh delightful Scholesy!'
  13. On the New Content page, filtering by time period doesn't function for me, except for the default setting (new since my last visit) . For instance, clicking on 'content I've not read' or 'past 24 hours' returns me to the results of new content since my last visit.
  14. "We have already arrived as one of the best teams in Europe." Really? Deluded fool who's losing out to the worst United team since the turn of the millenium after splashing all that dosh.
  15. Yeah couple of good shouts there Tom. I'd also recommend http://www.bootifulgame.com/ and http://theyouthradar.wordpress.com/. Quality throughout.
  16. Wonderful assists, both. Perfect corner delivery for the first and a genius penetrative vertical through ball to send the striker one-on-one for the second.
  17. Post interesting links/files about other clubs or football in general here. So I stumbled upon this --> http://inbedwithmaradona.com/subculture/2012/4/5/le-50-by-french-football-weekly.html, a list of the top 50 young talents in France currently. Compiled by France Football Weekly, safe to say it's definitive.
  18. Come back when you have a valid argument.
  19. Isn't that just a tacit admission that we're not good enough to neuter them tactically or technically, having to rely on psychological motivators like vengeance to stand a chance? In any case, all this revenge talk is misplaced, it's the ref who screwed us over, not Barcelona. Cold meticulous preparation, top notch collective concentration and sheer bloodymindedness can also get the job done against Barcelona, but maybe that's just me.
  20. To talk of revenge is to display a small club mentality. We'll never move forward with this spirit. Rise above hate.
