hehe not those rates esk, compare the 11M tag to that of dos santos, similar age and similar if not more talent..
-
germany forwards haven't clicked with podolski scoring 3 playing as a winger and ballack.. and portugal might easily seem them out..
-
haven't seen him play except the youtube videos which rarely count for anything, but the buzz around him sounds good, 11M still is high imo..

hehe, true.. heard that london-rome tickets for 26th are already 345 pounds while bombay to rome costs just 220 pounds

Is Chelsea’s Lampard really worth £150,000 a week?
bombayblue™ replied to the wes's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
firstly not once has he threatened to move to another club, i'd like you to find quotes on that.. secondly every player haggles with their club for contracts, Jt did it rtoo and so has every other player just cos lamps story is like a bedtime story for the journos it surfaces again and again, has he even once said that he might leave? and thirdly these wage figures arent disclosed to public, yes the media might have a fair idea about them but they can't be precise so there's no reason to beilieve in the 120k to 150k jump.. and btw If a company payed you twice your current job, you would jump ships even if you loved your company and most of us would do that.. -

lol, he isn't blackmailing mate, just negotiating.. no one is gonna take the club for granted, theres no reason to say lamps doesnt deserve to get paid as much Jt or any other Chelsea player in his last contract is there.. this is probably his last contract and bluelion summed it up perfectly.. -
hehe sure..

haha, i don't have a membership and besides i tried paying 5 times the ticket money but still couldnt find a ticket, my parents thought i was crazy, ready to blow up everything i had earned in the 6 months of starting the job for that russia trip

planning to go to rome if we make it, greg?
-
if portugal go till the final, good chance, he'd be on the job staright away.. i mean yes he had off during the season but he wont get another holiday for more than a year now while the portugal players after euro would definitely get one..
-
thats the irritating part, i mean first all this wait for a manager and now for the transfers lol..
-
never mind your english, you're always welcome.. post as freely as you want..

goofy's brother is a money thirsty cunt, as he is his agent, he had R10's contract renewed every season except last.. but i guess if he comes we'd give him a 4 or 5 year contract and wouldn't need to renew it.. unless he decides to retire at Chelsea
-
that a brilliant summation esk, he definitely reminds me of ashley cole too..
-
it also runs out any chances of mancienne making our squad.. even if we don't end up buying anyone now, highly unlikely but possible if no one leaves and scolari trusts malouda, swp and kalou, i'd still like us to sell of some of our players like pizarro, benhaim, belletti, sidwell combined they could easily get close to 15 million pounds.. reduce the wage bill and we could fill these with youth well atleast pizarro and sidwell's spots..
-
i guess after scolari by then hughes should have established himself as one of the finest in europe and so should zola.. A man can hope

well when sheva signed he was the best around and his wages had to mean that.. i don't think sheva has had his contract renewed.. and i'd be really suprised if he gets one with a major wage boost.. and goal scoreres in general do earn a tad higher than the defenders.. i would personally wish that carvalho be on par with jt and lamps and sheva and so should cech but theres a reason we aren't handling the club finances.. -
I'm actually glad that most important fixtures in the first half are at home as they make them more winnable and get us into a lead , we arent arsenal to slip up atleast not that bad.. but the first few fixtures are too tough a test for scolari, if we win all of them say draw in one of them even then it would be a fantastic result and set up nicely for the rest of the season.. i'm not sure but i think we have more players who have played more in the euros and hence might be lax at the start of the season or just too tired..

i know and so do i, but it started out with villa being overhyped and being compared to torres and somehow got into drogba vs villa debate.. he did score a goal and a assist.. i'm just saying he's one of the best around and worth every hype the media are now associating with him..
-
yes but the very next season he was ahead of those two in the pecking order.. last season was not so great for him cos i feel he was overused, he must have played in more games than some of the defenders in the season.. on form he's one of the best out there..

Which Player You'd Least Like To Sign

Why? surely his smile makes you skip a heartbeat, no? -
dude firstly for the best part you have turned this into a drogba vs villa debate which i hate cos i love both of them and i was on about torres and villa cos the media was going gaga abt him this season.. he is one of the best if not the best around and the appreciation has been long time coming.. villa for the best part of his career at valencia has played in a 4-3-3 villa has scored 15-20 goals consistently season after season in 2005-06 he scored 25 goals in the league . ye agreed he doest have the same aerial threat but he makes up for it with his intelligence.. he sees moves 2-3 passes ahead and even manages to get at the end of them after starting them, he doesnt have the power but makes up for it with the dribbling and acute angled great finishing.. dude, At. madrid are the superior verssion of spurs they have always had the bst players in la liga ther just underachieved massively.. what did put torres down was the expectations, he was made the captain at fucking 19 years of age.. villa can be just as good as anyone out there

Luiz Felipe Scolari: In His Own Words
bombayblue™ replied to Fulham Broadway's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Loyalty is the quality that best defines Luiz Felipe Scolari, according to those closest to him. In early 1999, Wagner Velloso faced a financial problem. The goalkeeper had just helped Palmeiras qualify for the Copa Libertadores, but the Brazilian club's offer of a renewed contract was below expectations. When Palmeiras refused to improve it, Velloso informed his coach he would have to leave. 'Don't go,' came the reply. 'Stay, and I'll make up the difference in your wages from my own.' Velloso remained, Palmeiras won South America's premier club competition, and their coach delivered a cheque signed with the name Scolari. 'No,' Velloso said, tearing the paper up. 'For you, I would do anything.'
