  1. Clearly Conte saw someone a lot more different than you're describing. The stuff people come up with....
  2. First touch this, first touch that. Is that all you really have? Honestly.
  3. Nice one. Ultimately, he was Conte's first choice so I trust his judgement of a player and what he felt he could get out of him over someone posting a load of waffle celebrating not getting a player.
  4. I'm absolutely gutted. So wanted him back at the club. You watch him smash in 25 goals this season and try and tell me he's rubbish.
  5. It's all getting a bit messy isn't it?
  6. Fml, do you actually want us to spend any significant cash or not? All this "oh we shouldn't be paying this and that as other players have gone for other amounts." Bloody penny pincher fans. You're awful. Each price is dependant on the club and the circumstance. With Lukaku going to Utd, we are fast running out of options so if we have to pay a higher price for Morata then so be it.
  7. The amount of Chelsea fans with their Wenger-esque "we need to be smart with our money", "shouldn't be paying that much for Lukaku" type of attitudes sicken me. Proper small club mentality that is.
  8. What what if he's not? Be realistic, who else is out there to buy?
  9. He's off before pre-season starts I reckon.
  10. An absolute farce. Livid Livid Livid.
  11. To be honest, if Chelsea were that interested in paying the fee, it would have been done already. The penny pincher task force has clearly been sent out to try and haggle when Everton have no intention doing so. And with this whole Rooney aspect thrown in, you now have the scenario of where Utd can negotiate a deal to take Lukaku while getting rid of a £300,000 a week player at the same time.
  12. I'll actually be livid if he ends up at Utd.

  14. This is it - if he isn't the type of player that will push a transfer through (lets face it, he could have done a couple of weeks ago if he was that keen on the move) as he doesn't want any grief then what can we do? Because you know as soon as he does the Juve fans will then turn on him. Maybe he doesn't want that type of backlash.
  15. Ultimately it all boils down to us submitting the bid, us being happy to pay the money and for Sandro to push for the move. If he doesn't push for the move then that's all on him and the club can't be held responsible for a player unwilling to do so.
  16. They have money now in the form of Farhad Moshiri-net worth of £2.2 billion. So they have no reason to sell Lukaku for any less than what they're asking for.
  17. It's clear it's down to City offering up some ridiculous fee that Arsenal would be stupid to turn down or he stays at Arsenal and leaves on a free next summer. Knowing Wenger and his stubborn ways, he'll make Sanchez stay.
  18. Again-it's not about the fee. It's about the player. Once he decides he wants to go, then things will progress.
  19. What part of if the player chooses to stay in Italy then there isn't anything we can do about it aren't you quite understanding? Theres a lot more to a transfer than just one club paying a fee and the other accepting the fee. If he likes the quality of life he currently has in Italy and he's happy with the terms Juve have given him in this new contract they've offered then he's more than entitled to accept them and stay. Youre an awful fan.
  20. So Sandro prefers to stay in Italy and this means we're not a marquee club? Right..... 🤔🙄
  21. Even if he has used us to get a better deal with Juve and decides to stay, what's wrong with that? The club can't be faulted in this instance if he ultimately prefers to stay in Italy.
