Long-term manager doesn't mean a man who will stay 10 years. This doesn't exist, only Arsenal and Manchester have such experience in recent years. Long-term manager is a manager who can build something useful in the "long -term", like introducing players like Josh and Bruma in the first team, or can build a squad good enough to be useful in a long term. A club might have a long-term project, wich doesn't mean staying with the same manager for 10 or 20 years. If Hiddink stays here for 3 or 4 years, he would helps Chelsea's long term project more than Carlo.
