Carlo in Italy: 1999-2009 managed the giants Juventus and Milan, in a period when they were really giants. If you can't seen a huge difference between a manager who stayed one entire decade managing top clubs in the same league and managed to win only one league and a manager who besides some months in Real Madrid never managed a really great team, then you are hopeless.
