  1. Neymar situation was different, Santos wanst trying to get more money, they were trying to not sell the player, and they got it. Neymar will leave in 2014 for nothing, but until there Santos will get a lot of money from sponsors, more money from tv rights, get more fans... Neymar value is priceless for Santos when we talk about marketing. Santos will get more money with Neymar until 2014 than they would get with a transfer of 50m for Europe. Inter to other side is willing to sell Oscar, and they are indeed trying to get more money. Oscar is not even close of being as markatable as Neymar and he is not as important for Inter as Neymar is for Santos in football terms. So for Inter it makes sense to sell Oscar for a lot of money, they just bought Forlán, their fans wont even notice if Oscar move to Europe.
  2. São Paulo refused the offer, for now.
  3. Oscar has nothing to do with Ganso. Internacional wont buy Ganso, in fact its a group of investors that already own 45% of Gansos rights want to buy the other 55% from Santos, and they could "give" Ganso to Internacional, hoping they will sell him for more in the future. Internacional's president said they answered Chelsea that the values must be different. 25 of july will be a meeting to discuss the deal, and its close.
  4. @Seb Mikel has no quality to play in another role, all he can do is a defensive role. We need another kind of DM, I know the importance of a guy like Mikel, but he is really overrated by fans in this forum.
  5. Very simple: a modern DM: one that can help the defence, but also help the team with passes, goals and assists. Mikel is a good squad player, because he is needed when the team needs a defensive aproach. Mikel is useless when you need to score goals and create chances.
  6. Stats, and more stats. We still need a better DM.
  7. Oscar is a number 10. Period. Its funny how suddenly we have many experts in Oscar and brazilian football.
  8. Not yet, Inter will move and buy something big before announce Oscar is leaving. They want Ganso and Nilmar, it seems Ganso deal will be sealed tomorrow.
  9. Oscar wont be a starting 11. He is not ready yet, will start some games, but he is not ready yet to be called a starting XXi, if you get what I mean.
  10. Oscar's agent himself told brazilian press it was 25m euros. As you said, you were quoting a daily mail article...
  11. Listen, this is not £25m, its £19,8, since that 25 is not english pounds, but euros. There is no winger crisis, we dont need wingers like Robben and Rybery to win things, and its not true we dont have wingers, since we have Marko Marin and Ramires. We still are in the beginning of the transfer window, buying Oscar doesnt mean we won buy a winger to solve the "winger crisis".
- Internacional will deny the deal untill it happens. - Last friday Internacional's president Giovanni Luigi met Chelsea's representatives, where it was said they wanted 25m euros and Chelsea accpeted. - Internacional's president will fly to London next 25, July to finalise the deal. - There are quotes from Oscar's agent where he confirm Spurs also want the guy, but he believes Oscar will accept Chelsea offer because its a bigger club.
  13. Something is going on, Internacional want to sign Ganso, yesterday a brazilian journalist said Oscar was going to Chelsea. I believe Internacional want to announce Oscar is leaving is same day thay announce Ganso is going to them. DM used to spread rumours, but its not everyday they asserts a player is going to a team.
  14. Yeah, in fact it was only in this year that Oscar started to take brazilian media attention.
  15. Still very young. Looks promissing, but he has no nore than 1 year in the first team. Not worth a lot of money, imo.
  16. Dont waste your money buying a Torres shirt.
  17. It seems 30m Reais. He is saying Ganso is joining Inter, while Inter is selling Oscar to Chelsea. Perrone said Spurs is the one in talks to buy Oscar...but Brito is a journalist that is based in Porto Alegre, knows a lot of stuff about Internacional.
  18. The word is Spurs is in talks to take him.
