You are doing wrong here. First you took a penalty were Mata indeed got a good shot, but the GK was lucky. Its also not very wise to show a miss by Luiz to prove he is not a good penalty taker, since I could put here lot of penalty misses by Lampard, including his pathetic miss at 2006 World Cup, and Mata's aside, his penalty at UCL final was the worst, it was in the middle of the goal and Neuer almost got it. That does not make Lampard a bad penalty taker. Hazard seems to be a good choice for penaltys, but you could use better arguments.

@Seb Mikel has no quality to play in another role, all he can do is a defensive role. We need another kind of DM, I know the importance of a guy like Mikel, but he is really overrated by fans in this forum.

Very simple: a modern DM: one that can help the defence, but also help the team with passes, goals and assists. Mikel is a good squad player, because he is needed when the team needs a defensive aproach. Mikel is useless when you need to score goals and create chances.

Listen, this is not £25m, its £19,8, since that 25 is not english pounds, but euros. There is no winger crisis, we dont need wingers like Robben and Rybery to win things, and its not true we dont have wingers, since we have Marko Marin and Ramires. We still are in the beginning of the transfer window, buying Oscar doesnt mean we won buy a winger to solve the "winger crisis".
