Hazard is good? Yes he is, as his fans like to say, he is only 21, but nobody knows if he will turn into a new Cristiano Ronaldo, or into a new Robinho, and the same goes to Oscar. Remember 10 years ago, people in Brazil were saying Diego was one of the best players in the world, now we know he isnt.
