Its a good thing you admitted you was wrong all the time about AVB, but again, his post wasn't directed for people like you. Its clear he was talking about people that would back Mourinho regardless. There are some people around that NEVER sees anything wrong in what Mourinho does, even when the evidences speak otherwise. If Mourinho decides do sell Hazard tomorrow and replace him with a mediocre player, some people will try to find arguments to back his decision. Just take Luiz as an example. Mourinho is the one who decided he is a better option for DM than Mikel or Lampard, Mourinho believes Luiz has midfield qualities (his words), but last season people were saying Benitez was a stupid guy (no, I'm not comparing Benitez and Mourinho) for not realizing Luiz is awful as a midfielder, but now, no single word about Mourinho, its all up to Luiz. Some members will point here how terrible again was Luiz playing as DM, then next game Mourinho will be using him again in that position, but again not a single word about that. Even when Mourinho is doing something against their beliefs, some members won't see that as a mistake. Luiz played 90% of our big matches this season as a DM, but some people here keep saying he is an awful DM. So, the manager is not doing a mistake using such useless player in every big match of the season? I can even talk about Ramires. Its clear Mourinho is a big fan of his football, but the "extreme Jose lovers" who coincidentally are the most loud voices against Ramires, never take that as a Mourinho's mistake. Thats right, Mourinho is using a "brainless" player game after game, and thats not a mistake. So, as I said before, you changed the subject of his posts. Blind love is way different from trust.

Very simple to understand why FA want to "save" english football and impose more rules in the home grown quota. Just look at the numbers of mediocre "prospects": Marin, Salah, Moses. England can produce better players than that.
-
You completely changed the subject of his post. Trusting in a manager is different from seeing everything he does as a good thing, even when the evidences speak otherwise.

Kalou was far from a great player, but to be honest I don't know if we bought players that are sooo much better since he left. Is Moses better than Kalou? Is Schurle better than Kalou? Kalou PL stats in his first season: 7 goals/5 assists. Schurle: 8 goals/2 assists.

only place to be used "to be" a good poster, but since Mourinho returned he waste his time with disjointed posts defending every controversial (clumsy) decision Mourinho makes. Lets put the facts right: *Second game of the season, against Aston Villa, Stamford Bridge. Torres was injured, but Ba was the one who started. I think everyone here were surprised to see Ba starting and not Lukaku. *Third game of the season, away game against United, Schurle starts as CF, Torres was used in the second half, and Lukaku was sitting on the bench the whole match, the same Lukaku that scored a hat-trick against the same United months earlier. After that, he decided to leave, and for me thats comprehensible, because it was clear for everyone that Lukaku wasn't Mourinho's first or even second choice (choosing Ba to start Villa game was an insult), and with Mourinho saying the team would buy another CF, his chances here were getting really small. Right now its easy for Mourinho to say it was Lukaku who decided to leave, but every ambitious player in the world in his situation would do the same.
-
For me selling Lukaku at his age, because he is not the ideal striker for Mourinho, seems an odd idea for me: - Mourinho doesn't have an ideal kind of player, he uses the players than can win matches and trophies, thats why in the beginning of the season he said Luiz would not be playing as an DM, but he realized he was a better option than Lampard and Mikel. As soon as Lukaku score some goals, he will become a Mourinho kind of player. -Lukaku still is 21, and its not a crazy idea to imagine him as a Chelsea player in 2024. We don't even know if Mourinho will be the manager in 2016.
-
About his quotes, only a fool will see that as any indication he is ruling out a move for Chelsea.
-
You are right, but we don't need any other "creative" player. You don't need creative players to "create" more chances.

Actually good interview, considering its in twitter. - Mourinho said the best place as a manager is in England, which is quite obvious, and make the whole thing about choosing the hard way when the decided to return to England a fraud. Hi @AbelGuadarrama 10yrs ago i would say be yourself and believe in urself. Now, i would say be what people want you to be #AskJose. JM. -This is really interesting, because in his second spell it seems Mourinho is not as natural as he used to be, sometimes I think he is saying what people want him to, like when he was declaring his love for english football every single week in the beginning of the season, even his "failure specialist" seems to be a calculated move. He knows Wenger is a level above at this moment, those comments were unnecessary, but he knows thats exactly what press want him to do. Quotes that can make big news. Hi @Pav_S1994 still coaching a big team, I would love to say Chelsea but I understand modern football.10 years a long time #AskJose. JM. -It seems he more rational about his future than his previous quotes about not thinking about other clubs. In modern football, 10 years is quite a long time, and even if has success next seasons, its really hard to imagine Mourinho as Chelsea's manager in 2024, for many different reasons. But I would like to see Mourinho interviewed by someone with balls to ask some sensitive questions.

Yes, Im liberal and "picked" my team based on video game (WE wasnt available for PC in 2004, fyi), FACTS, but actually I'm quite big. FACTS: you are biased torwards mediocre players if they are your countrymen, the way you worship Mourinho is really depressing, and yes, I will never understand that because I dont have patience to understand a poor devils mind.

Wow, only place place to be already has 6 posts in 40 minutes, writing the same stuff he did in the whole topic. Internet flooding, really exciting activity.
-
I blocked only places to be posts a long time ago, but it seems he has some kind of obsession for Luiz, esily the most active member in this topic, and always with negative bullshit. Strange since days ago he was complaining about negativism. I bet he write his stuff from an asylum, where he lives as the king of the world.

How is football in India? Is it popular, do you have national league, good players, the indian football is even watchable? How do you follow european football in India? Ancelotti or Mourinho?
-
Two scenarios: 1- If we win a big trophy, Mourinho will be considered a god, some members will be laughing at people who were saying bad words about Mourinho this season. (Mourinho job is safe as always, and he takes all the credits for the glories). 2- If we don't, some people will be questioning Mourinho even more, while some will be saying we improved a lot, and transition is a loooong process, and we will win everything in the subsequent season. (Mourinho is axed and the press start the bullshit about "stability" and the hunting for the right manager starts all over again).

Drogba was far more useful in 2012 than Lampard is in 2014, and many people here were saying the best thing was to move on, and end his Chelsea career to pave the way for a new era. While would be crazy not giving Terry an extension, its time to believe in young english talents.
-
Luiz + Oscar for Cavani. Great deal for both parts, imo.
-
I think its quite the opposite: we have people undermining Luiz to make Cahill look better, but Cahill became the new hero for the english, so discussing this subject here is a lost case.
-
I think "only place to be" and "Tx" have a point when they say "true" supporters are also extreme Jose lovers, because when they are saying "true" supporters, they are obviously saying "english". Most of "true/real" supporters were supporting the team before Roman's money. Mourinho was the first manager to turn Chelsea into league champions after decades, but after City success, for me its clear who the real special one is. Before Mourinho, Chelsea was already a UCL semi-final side, and got a 2nd place in PL. In first season, Mourinho got the PL trophy, and the same UCL semi-final of the previous season. After he left we finally reached an UCL final, produced the best football of Abramovich era under Ancelotti and the 100+ goals double, and won the biggest trophy of all in 2012 (for me its quite ridiculous that Mourinho tries to get some credit for the 12 UCL glory). I'm not trying to dismiss Mourinho as an ordinary manager, but seeing Mourinho as a godlike manager, is far from a rational thinking.
-
Thats not the reason, imo. With the squad quickly losing its english identity, Cahill is the only english player in the current squad that have a long term future. When Cahill was still a mere squad player, there was a poll about who should be the next captain and 90% of english members said Cahill. This is the reason why, in the beginning of the season "only place to be" was trying really hard to prove Lampard was a useful player in the double pivot, when it was clear he wasn't suited to the role, and even Mourinho realized that: in the second leg of the season Luiz was ahead of Lampard in the picking order to play in the mid. but thats another problem. I already said that many times in this forum: I can't believe England can't produce better players than the mediocrity of Moses, Marin, Salah. I think a club is supposed to help the local football, and players from other countries should be special ones, but suddenly trying to picture Cahill as a top 3 defender in the world is not the best way to solve this problem. I believe if Cahill was from Germany, the english members would be more lenient with Luiz.
-
We just sold the most exciting english players around (Sturridge) and then bought Marin, Moses, Salah. All of them are mediocre players, I can't believe England can't produce better products than that. but making fun of Arsenal because of that seems a ridiculous idea, specially because you aren't from UK, and they always had some great english players in their squad, right now they have to young players in NT. But keeping Lampard because he is from England only make things worst, because it basically means the club have no faith in the younger english guys.
-
Its intriguing that the most loud voices against Luiz always come from english members...
-
You are wrong. Luiz was a starting CB since january 2012. Under AVB, under RDM and under Benitez. Benitez decided to use him as a DM because he believed Luiz was a better option in that position than Mikel, not because he was "far from solid as a CB". When he wasn't playing as a DM, he was playing as a CB. This is the first season Luiz lost his spot as a CB in the starting eleven. Thas a fact. Mourinho was the first manager to see Cahill as a better option than Luiz, thats another fact. I'm not using the crystal ball method. Its obvious Cahill+Terry are not a long term solution. One is already 33 years old, and another one is far from a "solid rock defender" as some of you are trying to picture. I said it many times, Cahill+Terry were the CB when the team conceded 6 goals to Stoke + Sunderland. Cahill + Terry were there when the team conceded 3 goals to PSG in one game, and 3 games to Atletico in another. You need to analise the whole season. Terry also scored an own goal against Palace in a decisive game, you can't even say he was unlucky. Both were great this season? Yes if you consider we are a 3rd place PL side, and got trashed at home in the semi-finals, and don't tell me they have nothing to do with the bad results this season, they are part of the problem. We need to improve in every aspect next season, we need a better defense. I think if we sell Luiz and don't buy another CB next season, we will be in trouble, and the club will probably spend some millions in winter window to fix the problem. And I use the rumors argument here as well: the rumors about BARCELONA and PSG interest aren't for no reason. He is not leaving for a small side in Premier League or to play in Turkey or Greece, he is leaving for a huge amount of money, considering he is a CB. He is not leaving for half of the money we paid 2 and half years ago. It seems you really know one thing or two about disjointed posts, don't you?
