It is to keep another club from trying to take him if he does really well with us. Not sure it was really necessary, he has to show it first. I hope Rosenior plays the type of progressive football he says he wants to transition the team to playing. I enjoyed the hardware that Maresca brought. I was not enjoying his version of tiki taka football.

The one upside to this is Chelsea cannot ruin my weekend vibes with Fulham on a Wednesday. If they fail against Charlton on the weekend, the last little bit of hope will be snuffed out.

After the World Cup is over, if the right country approaches Pep, he will ask to leave. He has made it public that he wants to coach a national team. It might not happen this year.

I really don’t buy the rumors of managers rejecting the job. It really does look like the club had the wheels set in motion after those two bizarre pressers about Maresca talking the worst 48 hours after a win.

At the end of the day, I will still support Chelsea. That being said, How many years left on the contractual BlueCo ten years?

I have read nothing from any reliable source that any manager has been offered the job. The club has said that it will be a matter of days not weeks that the manager will be named. It all points to Rosenior to do that quick of an appointment.

I have become really disillusioned with Maresca’s style of play. Also the lack of Estevao being started. The kid is spectacular and wants to be on the pitch. Please, no more tiki taka football. I watch the Wrexham extended highlights, a little because of the show and a little because of their charge up the pyramid. I do enjoy how aggressive they play.
