  1. Brilliant. Both doing what they're good at. Eden creating, Schurrle with the great movement and finish.
  2. What criteria are you using to judge him? He isn't in the team to create like Oscar and Hazard are. You shouldn't expect that from him. Schurrle is about movement, pace, dragging people out of position and getting into the right place at the right time. The only really bad thing from him were his deliveries, apart from that he wasn't as bad.
  3. Andre isn't shit. He isn't a technically gifted player and before his goal he wasn't good but Oscar and Hazard were just as bad before the goal.
  4. Mourinho should've started Lampard, and should've started Cole. We're failing to break down a team like Fulham, this isn't good. We honestly can't keep relying on brilliant play from Hazard to carry our attack.
  5. I agree. My main gripe with Mourinho in games like these is exactly this. Azpi should be on the right.
  6. I agree with most of what you said in your discussion with Robguima, that's not the point in trying to make here. You can obviously whatever you want about any player but when you say ridiculously overboard stuff like that then obviously people will react.
  7. Matuidi is more composed on the ball but you're telling me they both aren't box to box, ball winning midfielders first and foremost?
  8. Everyone knows Luiz is having a bad season, I'm not advocating that he should be in the starting line up but to say someone is mentally incapable because they want Luiz in defence like he's the worst CB in the world is ridiculous. This had nothing to do with Cahill either, who has not been in this form for two years straight, hence why he is not being called WC.
  9. I agree with you, Luiz does not deserve to start over Cahill or JT right now, but you seriously can't go around saying that people are mentally wrong in the head if they want Luiz in the back...I haven't seen a comment like that about Ramires either, my reaction would be the same. I always defend Rambo. Regardless, just because others are apparently doing it with Rambo doesn't mean you should too with Luiz. That too makes you a hypocrite if you get me?
  10. LOL can people stop acting as if D. Luiz is the worst CB on earth? This is ridiculous.
  11. We've already got a Matuidi in Ramires.
  12. Would love it if he made it here, as I said above and as I've said before in this thread he's definitely one of the top youth talents at the club alongside RLC, Boga, Musonda & Chalobah. I personally think these 5 have the biggest chance to make it here, hopefully 1 or 2 or maybe even 3 will. Another youngster I really like who's killing it at the moment is Dom Solanke, proper technical CF, but we'll see how he develops his game in the next few season. He's having a great season so far though. What many people also forget about Baker is that he was player of the tournament at the NextGen series, and that's huge. Another interesting fact is that he could apparently do over 600 keepie upies at the age of 9! I hope that when Jose has established the team that he'll bring through these young lads too. They're certainly the most talented batch of youth players we've had at the club.
  13. What is the point of a forum? Is it not to discuss & debate your opinions? Am I just meant to fit here and accept what you've said as final even though my opinion over the matter is different?Regardless, like I said before. Swift's technique is good but I don't think he's on Musonda/Baker level, just like I don't think RLC's is, but both are stronger in different areas. That doesn't mean I said they're not good technically because they are. Just not as good.
  14. JS is more of an all rounded - whilst not bad technically I don't think he's on their level technically.
  15. One thing that sets him apart as well is his leadership skills. He's always one of the first players to step up when things go wrong. He might make it here simply due to his sheer determination, ambition and leadership skills, something which someone like Josh McEachran lacks to make it as a top player.
  16. Definitely, but Baker is better in that aspect. RLC has great technique for his size though.
  17. Probably the most technical CM in the youth alongside Musonda if I'm not missing anyone else.
  18. That is true though, can't believe they didn't get Luiz to involve himself since he is known for that Sideshow Luiz stuff.
  19. Makes the Spanish squad ahead of Arbeloa.
  20. Fantastic. The best striker in the world deserves no less.
  21. People need to stop thinking this is the case & start realising that right now, we aren't a possession based side.
