Matic especially is struggling, hence why we've been so exposed at the back, and Cahill especially is being absolutely destroyed out there.

Take off Cahill for Luis, put Azpi on that right side.

He should've been closed down by the midfield before by the midfield. Not an excuse at all, but if both Terry and Cahill step up when the ball is 30 yards away from goal obviously there will be massive gaps. It should've been dealt with earlier.

Don't blame the defenders for not stepping up... Kane isn't known as a long shoot threat is he? Just a really good goal unfortunately.

Oh don't you worry about that. I've said it before but Reus is the ideal Mourinho forward. Devastating on the counter, excellent in pressing, fantastic goal scoring ability/killer instinct. He really is perfect for that right hand side of ours.

Stop saying 19m when it's clearly 16m. He wasn't signed as a back up left back at all and he isn't by far our most expensive defender either. Stop over exaggerating things. How is £16m completely overpaying for Luis? I hope you're not serious Choo. In regards to the rest of your post, all I have to say to that is the only way he's going to adapt to the physicality of the league and how we want him to defend is if he actually plays consistently. He certainly has it in him to be our number 1 left back if he adapts well. If you refuse to believe that the you've written off a quality player far too quickly.

As I said before... He's never going to adjust to the physicality of the league if he doesn't play in it. He needs a good spell of games. Can't believe people here think he can't defend all of a sudden... Just because he isn't Azpi level doesn't mean he can't defend. Cannot believe people on here are expecting him to put in a 10/10 performance when he's not been playing consistently. Overall, apart from the bad crossing (he's rusty, we all should know that he's got a great left foot on him) he was good for me, especially in the second half, linked up phenomenally with Cesc and Eden on that left side. For me he needs games. PL games.
