If we sold Ramires, Milner would be a great alternative yeah. As I've mentioned before, perfect utility player, and IMO he's underrated.

Instead of laughing, explain why you think so. Debate about it.

I feel like we've got enough pace elsewhere in the team (Hazard, Willian, Cuadrado, Remy) if we need it. Milner is a much better utility man than Ramires because he's simply a better footballer. The only thing we would lose as mentioned before is Ramires' ability to break through the middle at pace but then again, we have the likes of Willian and Hazard for that. Feel like a Matic - Milner - Fabregas midfield for example is a lot more solid than Ramires instead of him. Milner isn't the slowest either. Or Hazard - Willian - Milner. Milner can also play the 10 role in our system. He would be much better for it IMO. I feel like the pros outweigh the cons massively.

Fully disagree, I think Milner is a really good player that does essentially what Ramires does but in a better way. The only trade off is the loss of pace, but that'd be okay considering Milner is better in almost every other aspect.

I would sell Ramires and get in Milner on a free.

Also, Luiz was incredible that season, JT even said he'd be our next captain at the time...Torres was pushed through by Ancelotti and Luiz actually helped us when he came in. Can't use that as a stick to beat the board with.

Yup. Willian has created a lot of clear cut chances recently, only for the likes of Drogba and Ramires to scuff their shots.

I'm with you. I was gutted when we signed him. He's more than welcome to prove me wrong however.

One more goal and he's the top goalscoring defender ever in the PL.

Re: your comment in the MDT on Willian only dribbling sideways or backwards most of the time - it makes sense because he's out wide and in a more confined space, so we don't get to see his dribbling skills as often. He definitely does have the ability to dribble past players in tight spaces (going forward of course). Remember the chance he set up for Ramires last weekend?

He doesn't really need space to get past players. He seems to have his footballing brain switched on when he's playing CAM.

Cuad is a twat for having his collar up tbh.

I do think it's tiredness. Hopefully he can get a deserved rest soon.

It's increasingly looking like he is, which is very sad. He's unwilling to take off Ramires even though Leicester have fully parked the bus. We don't need Ramires in there anymore.
