For Giroud situation Frank should be blamed not the board. He refuse to play him and it is normal that board would rather take 7m-8m for a player who is not in the squad than lose him for free... And tbh we do not need 3 strikers. Two is enough for every team that plays with one striker. Before January transfer window I expected to lose Giroud and Michy and to buy one top striker like Dembele.
