He changed 3 clubs after that we were never in a race and instead went with Moses, Zappacosta, Azpi all inferior players. 42 points half season. Our best result since Conte winning season. Conte in 2nd season and Sarri were very close to this at half season but won way less points in 2nd part of the season. TT took job exactly at half season and got 38 points in 19 games. So this season a bit of improvement. On a track to win 84 points but I expect more because we lost so many stupid points and this should not happen again. Still, cannot see us catching City they will finish 90+ points, we pretty much must win all games.

In season and a half Chilwell had just one goal contribution g/a against any top10 team in the league. This season his only assist came after corner. We should only compare to the rivals and Robertson and Cancelo are ahead in offensive output plus they play LB not LWB. So, from LWB in our system offensive play is more important than defensive part. I also dont think there is much we can do on the market, there are not many good LB/LWBs. Short term option is probably the best at the moment. Digne is great option but this season he slowed down not sure why and I can suggest Kostic who from LW last couple of years specialized this LWB role and is delivering assists for fun. But he cannot play LB. Also I would not close eyes on CHO/Pulisic taking this place for the rest of the season.

Kostic over Digne for me for LWB role but problem is that he cannot play LB in back 4. Will contribute much more in attack. 15-20m. Also Emerson and Maatsen are only one mentioned but we also have Baba who looked good in pre season and Kenedy.

Digne is apparently available on loan which would be great.

Conte will get top4 without much trouble. He makes every team so much better.

Pulisic is 20th player in minutes played this season in the squad and last one of all 7 attackers. Plus often plays out of position false 9, wing back so would not focus on him.
