We've tried that. He was ass.

I don't believe those tier 7 Italian journalists that pretend they are part of the players entourage. So easy to write about us these days. The Rice ordeal as well. Don't believe it. We haven't officially bid for anyone yet.
-
Mate if you consider Havertz a quality player yet Mata as overrated than this argument is redundant and I'm not wasting my time.
-
Rejections? Who have we actually bid for? I think we get Caicedo. Far too much noise from reputable people to not suggest we aren't favorites. We realistically need only 3 signings.
-
To be honest I prefer our quiet movement as opposed to in January and last summer. We are definitely getting players in.
-
It's very much a game of poker with Mount.

Yes and I was grateful for Jorginho in also lending a hand in winning that very same European cup however I didn't lose any sleep when we sold him to Arsenal, to which he had a hand in capitulating their title run. Juan Mata had more talent in his left foot than Havertz and Mount combined and did nothing of note when he went to United. Matic as well. I am not taking 3 months of good form which was 2 YEARS AGO, and was largely down to who the manager was at the time, sway my perception when the past 18-24 months I have seen some of the worst football imaginable. Gallagher, Mount, and Havertz all having a huge hand in that. Because I have seen better players go to direct rivals and didn't affect us in the slightest. Arteta fought hard for Jorginho. City didn't lose any sleep selling Jesus and Sterling. This club and fanbase is so intertwined with the notion that we will experience another KDB or Salah situation when we are selling players who have less than a fraction of the talent.
-
Shows how toxic and divided our fanbase is then when there is this much divide on who should go and where to. I have not seen anything from Havertz, Mount, Kovacic, or Gallagher to suggest either of them will drastically improve the rival club that's shown interest. And yes I will put Gallagher with those 3 as the football I have witnessed with my eyes this past 9 months from all 4 of them have soared new lows at this club. Those 4 in particular have given me legitimate Vietnam PTSD for years to come with the football I have witnessed. If Gallagher is shit, Havertz is shit wrapped in gold foil. 3 months of good form in 2021 isn't going to change my perspective on him.
-
Lmao Mount, Kovacic, Gallagher, and Havertz all of a sudden within a fortnight are quality players because they are linked with rivals. 😂 We really are a shambolic fanbase.
-
Christ. Simon Phillips scrapping through a barrel nowadays. Glad I unfollowed him.

Agreed, however I view Badiashile higher than merely a squad player. I still think there is a way to include all three where in an attacking aspect we have Badiashile as the sweeper, Fofana advancing with the ball and Colwill as the most traditional CB. Maybe allowing James/Gusto as a RCM/RW.
-
Think people are really underappreciating the composure Badiashile has at his age. I think we need to figure out how to utilise all 3 CBs.
-
He's only overrated if you expect him to orchestrate play or be the CM that leads the team's transition. It's why he'd be perfect at Arsenal as their build up under Arteta is primarily through the use of inverted fullbacks and their wide wingers tucking in. If you expect Rice to come in and do Enzo or prior to him Jorginho's role, he'd flounder. Rice would be a fantastic partner for Enzo but Caicedo is probably the most complete midfielder.

I think I heard June 30th being a soft deadline, meaning club will likely be offered weeks/months afterwards to finalise dealings that could be accounted for the 2023 season.
-
Makes Slonina's signing completely pointless.
-
Doubt he wants to leaves Sevilla. He's a family man and unlike the rest of the national team, he was actually raised in Morocco. Staying close to home. particularly now he's entering the latter stages of his career, is what he'll likely want.
-
Definitely playing the long game with these outgoings. June 30th being the FFP deadline doesn't seem to be considered an issue at the club.
-
Colwill isn't even a nailed on starter at Brighton so this whole thing feels like he has a chip on his shoulder.
-
PSG are pissed off after what happened with the whole Ziyech episode and are fabricating a story about us buying a stake for Sporting as part of the Ugarte deal, to which the club can't get into a battle of words against PSG because one of their board members sits on the UEFA committee. And we are to believe they want to sell us Neymar?
-
Milan pulls out for RLC . Now Real pull out for Havertz. Swear clubs are coming to their senses the very last minute.
-
That's Havertz replacement? Carney surely on loan then and Gallagher gone.
-
I personally would like to see Zubamendi over Lavia, as I reckon he'd be perfect with what Poch wants to do. If we analyse his 2016/2017 tactics, Poch usually has Dier drop in as a sweeper from midfield which allows the full backs to push up and Eriksen to drop in midfield from the wide area. Having Zubamendi will give us another anchor who's good in the transition and will make us defensively strong in midfield. GK Fofana Colwill Zubamendi Caicedo Enzo James Chilwell Nkunku Sterling ST

Only Shields wants Lavia. No one else does.
