Everyone was amazing apart from Lampard who gave the ball away to much but did play some nice balls and Torres was fucking shit but what are we to expect? That 3 on 1 where he kicked it out for Sunderland goal kick, and Malouda was cack but luckily him and Torres didn't have quite long enough to lose us the 3 points however hard they tried. He's fucking shit! Maybe he'll be better with Sturridge and Mata WHO ARE THE GREATEST THING EVER. STURRIDGES GOAL ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS? DID YOU SERIOUSLY BACK HEEL IT IN A ONE ON ONE? HOLY SHIT I nearly shat my pants when that went in, Mata was class, so was Meireles! He is the don of defensive midfield. In that first half and start of second we were great but when Boas started taking people off we went down the shitter a bit but you have to expect that to happen when you have Malouda and Torres both conspiring against you.
COMEEEE ON CHELSEA. I fucking hate Sunderland after they beat us last year the bastards but they are playing kind of shite right now so let's go out and batter them shall we? YES! :blue scalf: :blue scalf:
Walking home from school with my mum who also worked there, they were all talking about the world trade centre's and I didn't know what they were and just as we got home and switched it on the second tower came down live on the news. I didn't full understand the significance of what it'd bring about being 10 years old.
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,20438_7144122,00.html Looks like if he ever did leave Madrid we'd at least be in with a chance, he names us as one of the 6 biggest clubs and says how much he loves the premier league and to rule nothing out.
Also anyone who thinks exams are getting easier, feel free to have a crack at my Partial Differential Equation exam from last year or the second piece of coursework. Also people saying university is a waste of time, it's not just about the degree it's about growing as a person and meeting people and learning the way of the world. Sure a big part of it is getting a good job after but also it's about the experience.
It's called an ellipsis and in that context it just means a pause of silence, usually it is for the omission of some words from a piece of text, like if you're quoting but don't need the middle bit. Also used in maths but no-one I'm sure wants to be bored by maths.
Luckily rather than do a philosophy disso I am going to do the Maths project, so it will only be an issue in my first semester and hopefully shouldn't be TOO bad, as you have to do a group + an individual project in one semester so I don't imagine it will be as in depth as a disso. It does mean I have an extra module in the second semester though I suppose.
I'm just going into my third year of a Maths and Philosophy degree at University of Southampton and all I can say is university is probably the best time you'll ever have and there is A LOT of drinking and in the first year you will probably do bugger all work; from personal experience I can tell you NOT to do the same in your second year.
I think as long as we can all understand each other there is no problem weather people are english or not. the level of english, on here is pretty high considering there are a lot of overseas users and I think it's a bit stupid to expect them to use perfect grammer the whole time: and I think there all doing really well whichever way you look at it,
I don't know if it's allowed but I think Zolayes should be nominated again. He stands out as the one out of all the posts I read his are always sensible, reasoned and well rounded. Always comes across as a proper fan and a respectful bloke.
