Well chelsea isnt attractive enough nowadays even with our position and all. Even when there are clear cut spaces for such players to fit immediately they dont wink. Like the case of man united and Griezmann were its an obvious deal. But i can see y even though its frustrating that happens. Chelsea have been a team for top players but not top top top players like players who are world eleven material (the Zidane's Kaka's......) the closest we got to such a player was torres and we all know what happened after. Since then chelsea have had the phobia to sign any player of that caliber. So any player with world best nomination or world 11 team hopes prefers a man united type of team with much history and all. Y do chelsea fans like to believe their players are not good enough or overrated. It funkn kills me. When courtois leave we dont know who else is there to replace every proven keeper is booked. And it seems like even chelsea leading the table still doesnt attract attention to other players which is frustrating for me as a fan and i feel the direction the club is moving toward is the arsenal direction. Selling all our quality when we get a remarkable bid. Apparently we aint rich as we thought we were and will go down the rich list by the time the new stadium is complete even though it all Roman funded. And we cant even compete with clubs like Man united mancity psg barca and many more. This rumour shouldnt exist in the first place when we will be entering a phase where transfer money will be limited again due to stadium expansion. For me i believe money talks build courtois some expensive house in london so his family can move in pay him highly then we can trash all this talks. This applies to all our star players. Its so frustrating how everyone targets chelsea players and not mancity or man united and even Tottenham. Donnarumma is great but will be a serious downgrade to courtois and even begovic. Well what i have been told and researched is that when a team wins the uefa he puts a star on top of his crest. but it is optional. Chelsea decided to add the star for their champions League win on top of the crest. But cant explain why mancity had three on the old crest maybe that accounted for them changing it back. I share in your view thats one reason y i envy Spurs. Their team is full of young lads who want to prove themselves. It the only team i fear in the EPL. But i believe chelsea will give youngsters a fair chance. If our youngsters hadnt gotten themselves kicked out of the efl cup they would have had a fair number of games to play.
