Bos is back! He'll need a 'few' games to get back to his old self after being out for a year, but i'm glad he's back.

He pretty much insulted the club, the manager and the team. What a jerk, lost all respect i had for him. The tension within the squad has too be huge.

Counts even more for Didier since he has a very imposing physique and really bullies defenders and he's unpredictable. The reason Rooney won player of the season is because he's a Man Utd player and he's English. Those two things cause something a Chelsea player will never get, because nobody (the media) likes Chelsea, and that is a little thing called hype. Hype makes people, well most people, overrate the qualities of a player (*cough* Gerrard > Lampard *cough*). Don't get me wrong, Didier wasn't that much better than Wayne but he was better

Finally people I can agree with. Personally, i'd rather buy Dzeko (as Didier's replacement). Cheaper and not less the striker Rooney is if you ask me.

Please let that not be true. It would be a waste of money and would be very unfair to our key-players and their ego's.

Yeah you're probably right.

The funny thing about Rooney's 09/10 season is that he only performed at true world-class level in the period around December - April(he got injured). But he got hyped up so much people forgot all about that or didn't think about it at all (the effect of hype). And i'm not sure he'll get back to that form. He was in redhot form in that period but before that he wasn't special. He's always been a very good player but not a special player, except for that period like i already said. And i wouldn't pay 50 mil+ for a player who hasn't proven he's truly special for at least two full seasons. Too big of a risk for that crazy amount of money.

He's really looking like the goalkeeper ''before the helmet'' again. Our defence has become a brick wall again, let's keep it that way :chelsea2:.

I think Malouda, Anelka and Essien should be rested. Maybe Cole too? Zhirkov, Kalou and Kakuta/McEachran (Josh in a more attacking role this time) being their replacements.
