amazing game, end to end stuff, those Liverpool-Chelsea games in Champions League were really something else, great battles. I remember cursing at our finishing in this game, could have put the tie beyond Pool earlier if we had more composure, Drogba played an amazing game, Lamps is a legend, showed great character playing and then scoring the pen, all this after his mom’s death . Torres scoring against us and sending the game to extra time, when Babel scored near the end of extra time, my heart was in my mouth, fuck me its not easy being a Chelsea fan, but thankfully we held on. If only Terry hadn’t slip in Moscow… that core of players went trough a lot of ups and downs in this competition, we all wondered when we would get a break in CL, but its all in the past as we all know what happened in 2012 and now we won it again with this young core of players, and there is still a lot more to come from this current crop, the sky is the limit.
